Pleasant night stay for a trip to Nanital
Pros:

Staff of the hotel is very polite and courteous. The location of the hotel is very nice. The food served is very delicious. It was a good stayover for a night. The rooms very were very spacious and warm water available.

Cons:

It was a good stay. Please provide soap, shampoo and towels too.

Pros:

The behavior of the staff was very rude. The room was not clean at all and there were many cockroaches. The chirching point in the room was not correct. AC doesn't have remote and staff also switched off AC for 2 seconds

Man at Reception was very rude. Will never recommend this place to anyone

Cons:

Facilities were not proper. There were mattresses on pathway, felt like dharmshala.
Complimentary breakfast was not buffet but very limited items and while opting diffrrent options, contact person said if you will choose different items then it will take too much time.
