Cons:

It's a old hotel. Toilets fitting fixtures are not useable condition. The hotel is showing the old pictures. Which will mislead the travellers. Room was more. There are few newly constructed hotels available in the same area. Better rooms with new fitting fixtures. Now the hotel is giving discounted rates, to travellers, coming directly to the hotel. For example, same type of my room was given only 2200 rupees. Where as you charged 10417 rupees from me for 03 days. It's totally unethical. My stay in that hotel was totally unpleasant one..

Great stop off on the way to Siliguri.
Pros:

On entering the Hotel the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent - well set out and very clean. Great to hear the children from the school nearby practicing their belly laughs in the morning 😀 A special mention to Pramod who spoke and understood English. He went out of his way to assist us - thank you!

Cons:

There was a loud hum coming from above our room and scraping of chairs until 11.30 pm and started again at 6.00 am - with a ‘call to prayer’ in between. Otherwise I could not fault this hotel.

Excellent
Pros:

Overall everything was so good. I recommend people to book on this hotel because the food, the ambience and the staff of this hotel is up to the mark. Thank you guys for the best service. Will come back for sure.
