Pros:

這次入住的是 Grand Hollywood Twin Room 房型，整體住宿體驗有些超乎預期，讓人感到十分滿意。

房間空間非常寬敞，設有一張特大雙人床，另外還有一張較小的床。我們是兩位大人加上一位國小孩童入住，即使三個人一起睡在大床上，空間也相當充足，因此另一張床還可以用來放置隨身物品，整體住起來非常舒適。

房間的景觀也相當漂亮，晚上可以直接在房內欣賞夜景，拍出來的照片也很好看。每間房內的迷你吧還提供免費飲料，除了汽水及其他飲品之外，竟然還包含啤酒，讓人覺得相當有誠意，也是這次住宿中令人驚喜的地方。

這次主要是因為計畫前往大宮的鐵道博物館，才安排入住這間飯店，實際入住後覺得地點與住宿品質都很不錯。從飯店前往附近的 Cocoon City 購物中心也相當方便，無論是購物、用餐或採買用品都很便利。

整體而言，房間寬敞舒適、景觀漂亮，免費迷你吧也很有特色，住宿品質與便利性都令人滿意。我們與同行的朋友入住後，都表示將來有機會還想再次回訪，是一間非常值得推薦的飯店。

Gutes Hotel am Rand von Tokio.
Pros:

Wir waren innerhalb 10 Gehminuten beim ÖPNV. In 30 Bahnminuten in Tokio.
Anständiges, sauberes, bequemes Zimmer.
Netter Empfang.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad im Haus kostet extra und hat relativ eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten.

スタッフの対応が素敵でした

Cons:

お部屋がもう少し広いのかなと勘違いしてました。
ベットと机の間が狭く通りにくかったです。
でも、お風呂も広く綺麗で満足でした。

室内は清潔で空気清浄機やズボンプレッサーなどが常備されておりありがたかったです。窓からのロケーションも眺めが良く夜景がきれいでした。

Cons:

朝食会場は雰囲気も良くゆっくり過ごせました。ブッフェ形式でした。品数がやや少なめで少し物足りない感じも受けました。

A experiência teria sido melhor se fosse um dos quartos renovados.
Pros:

O preço e o tamanho do quarto foram bons para a região.
A localização foi boa para mim, apesar de ser aproximadamente 600m da estação Saitama Shintoshin - o caminho era tranquilo por ser uma via sem automóveis.
As amenities foram adequadas, incluindo 1 garrafa (500ml) de água por hóspede todos os dias.
Facilidade de haver uma loja de conveniência (Family Mart) no 2º andar com acesso pelo hotel.
Havia 4 elevadores rápidos e sempre disponíveis.
A vista do meu quarto, que era para a Super Arena de Saitama, foi bastante agradável.
O hotel oferecia outros serviços e havia restaurante e bar, mas não os utilizei.

Cons:

O hotel estava sendo reformado e ainda havia quartos antigos e desgastados, o que foi o meu caso: forte odor de esgoto proveniente do banheiro, carpete danificado no quarto e no hall de acesso aos quartos, a pintura estava danificada, havia manchas na parede, a decoração era antiga, o banheiro era antigo e o chuveiro não era tão bom, a retirada de copos e xícaras só era feita quando solicitado, não ficou claro quando seria feita a limpeza completa da unidade (arrumavam a cama e trocavam as toalhas todos os dias, mas os lençóis não era trocados).
Não havia auto-serviço de lavanderia no hotel (já sabíamos disso) e utilizamos a Monkey Laundry, que ficava a 900m.
No primeiro dia foi um pouco confuso encontrar o elevador correto, pois as informações de direcionamento estão em japonês, porém uma senhora gentilmente nos indicou o elevador correto (após acessar pelo 2º andar - entrada ao lado da loja de conveniência - vindo da estação a pé, entre e não pegue o primeiro elevador que avistar, siga em frente e vire à direita, desça ao 1º andar para acessar a recepção, restaurante e bar ou siga para o andar do seu quarto).
Havia uma certa dificuldade na comunicação em inglês, mas foi compreensível, pois o ideal seria eu me comunicar em japonês estando no Japão.
