close to Umeda station. clean. free breakfast. helpful staff.

Cons:

breakfast meat-heavy, lacking vegetarian variety. limited amenities (no plastic knives or spoons, chopsticks only available during breakfast). concerns about smelly air-conditioner weren't taken seriously until I looked inside and saw that it was full of mold. at that point, we got a new room, though.

La ubicación está muy bien y que tenga opción de desayuno aunque no tiene mucha variedad de comida occidental, se agradece.

Cons:

La limpieza sería mejorable ya que había polvo y al ser personas alérgicas lo notamos más, también el colchón es muy mejorable para poder descansar mejor.
