Pros:

Personal muy amable nos ayudaron a cumplimentar el formulario para enviar las maletas a Tokyo e incluso llamaron al hotel por una duda que teníamos. Ubicación excelente en la zona de Úmeda con muchas tiendas centros comerciales y estación de metro y tren

Cons:

Desayuno no estaba mal, pero es estilo japonés (sopa de miso, arroz, ensalada con algas y soja, tortilla etc). Estaba rico pero tal vez a alguien con gusto muy occidental le atraiga menos.

大満足
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった　スタッフの対応がとてもよかった　次回も大阪では梅田中津1に泊まりたいと思います。

Cons:

ロケーションが悪いと言うか　隣のビルの壁しか見えなかったのが残念でした・　化粧品　グッズが他の東横インより少なかったように思いました。

Einfach grauenhaft.
Pros:

Lage an sich ist super, sonst nichts positives mehr.

Cons:

Die Betten sind hart wie Stein. Ich habe gefragt, ob es eine zusätzliche Unterlage gibt. Diese gibt es nur für Premium Zimmer. Die Dame hat sich nicht bemüht, mir zu helfen. Mein Zimmer war gefühlt direkt an den Bahngleisen. Klimaanlage ist laut und stinkt. Erste Nacht nicht geschlafen. Am nächsten Tag direkt ausgecheckt und APA Hotel gebucht (meine Empfehlung für ganz Japan).
Empfangsdame wollte eigentlich nicht wissen, warum ich so früh auschecke, hab es ihr erklärt, null Interesse.

Geht bloß nicht in das Hotel.

Achja, Frühstück war nicht besser.

Pros:

服務人員都非常親切，有問題可得到立即協助。洗衣加烘衣大約330¥。單人間的床是加大的。早餐的洋蔥湯非常好喝，每天會換菜色很棒。從關西機場坐limousine bus到Hankyu再走路五分鐘即可抵達。

晚上會有一點電車經過的聲音，不過12點後就沒了，不影響睡眠

安定の東横インさんで、よかったです。
Pros:

清潔で、ベッドが寝心地良かった。
部屋でも、朝食が食べれた事。
梅田から近い事。

Cons:

少し狭いかな。連泊は、しんどいかな、と思った。
