土日でしかたないが　値段が合わない
Pros:

チャンポンが何より美味しかった

Cons:

ファミリーで予約したのに　歯ブラシが2つ　フロントに言ったら50円を二つ請求
布団は2セットのみ　枕だけでもあと２つ欲しかった
部屋着のズボンが　ゴムが切れていた
コートを　忘れてしまったが　全く連絡無し
早くとりに来てくださいといわれた

炭酸泉は熱すぎず、朝は少し肌寒かったです。サウナも使えたらよかったのですが…
Pros:

天然温泉なので美肌効果もあり、体にも良いので、総合的にはかなり良かったです。和食の食材も新鮮で美味しく、温泉も熱すぎず良かったです。

Pros:

プールが楽しかった！年長のこどももスライダーたのしめて、その後に温泉入れて最高でした。

Cons:

下駄箱に靴をぬいで鍵を預けるので、チェックイン前にプール温泉はいったあと、はだしで部屋まで行くのが違和感かあった。

Pros:

총 5명이기에 송영 서비스에 관해 전화로 문의했을 때 바로 답변해주었던 점이 가장 좋았습니다.
방도 넓고 직원들도 친절했습니다.

Cons:

booking에서 문의 메세지를 보냈지만 답이 오지 않아서 아쉽습니다. 전화 문의를 통해서 해결했습니다.
욕탕 온도가 조금 더 따뜻하면 좋겠다고 생각했습니다.

私は楽しかったが家内は地べた婆が怖かったみたい
Pros:

10年近く前は温泉センターのタバコ臭くてしょうもない部屋という感じで、せめてもの楽しみの露天風呂にも入られ無かったですが、大分良い方に変わってました。

やっと露天風呂にも入れる様になり、スタッフさんのカスタマーも良くなっていました。

今回は素泊まりで気に入りの向かいラーメン屋さんで食事は済ませましたが、新たに一階の飲食店さんも大分変わったみたいなので次回は利用したいと思います。

Cons:

一回幾らの日帰りで来る方で
洗い場の椅子を使わなく、地べたに座る地元の主気取りのお婆が泊まりの客に高圧的に嫌に接して来るらしいですよ。

男性には居なかったが女性の方は気を付けましょう。

のんびり癒し
Pros:

素泊まり予約でも、館内のレストランで食事が出来るので助かった。
泡風呂のバブルが強く最高に気持ちよかった。
荷物が多いので台車を貸してくれた。

Cons:

室内風呂の洗面所にコンセントがなくて不自由でした。

プールが楽しかった。

Cons:

和室に泊まったけど、敷き布団が薄すぎ。
マットレスはなく、畳の上に薄い敷き布団だから、底付き感が半端なく、翌日腰痛が悪化。辛かった。

Pros:

温泉設備が良かった

Cons:

大人1名、子供7歳1名、子供12歳1名で、2泊3日で申し込みました。行くと、子供2人は添い寝設定だと聞かされ、布団は一組のみ、タオルも一組のみで我慢してくれ。ブッキングドットコムなどの海外サイトからの申し込みだと、子供の設定がうまくいかないため、仕方がないと言われました。また、大人1名一泊朝食付き18900円で、他の子供2人は0円という明細を見せられ、仕方なくその条件を飲みました。

一泊目の朝は朝食が一つしか付いておらず、翌日朝の食事を要求したところ、2名分2600円払えと言われたので支払って準備してもらいましたが、

宿泊後に渡された明細には、大人1名朝食付き9700円、朝付き子供2名4800円×2で19300円となっており、そこから400円割引で18900円という表示になっておりました。さらに、2泊目はそこに食事代2600円が上乗せされていました。

3人分の正規の宿泊料を支払っているのに、1人分の準備しか行わず、さらに、ついているはずの食事を出さない上に、追加の食事代を要求し、さらに、その落ち度を海外サイトからの予約のせいにする、大変悪質なホテルです。

はっきり言って、詐欺行為を働かれたもの同然と感じています。全くお勧めできません。

また、ブッキングコムで、これまでわたしはきちんと予約できなかった経験はないですが、報道で話題のアゴダなどと同様、あたかもブッキングドットコムが悪いような説明も、ホテルは行っていました。

どちらに落ち度があるのか、はっきりしていただきたいと思いますし、ホテルが虚偽の説明をしているようであれば、厳正な対処を望みます。

Great stay.
Pros:

Excellent onsen. Big and spacious room. Would be great if the Tatami bed is softer. It is not very convenient if without a car. They provide shuttle services, but I'm not sure where they dropped or picked up guest.

Exceptional
Pros:

We did not book the hotel with meal but there are 2 diners at the lobby floor. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant and if possible, book the course set in advance. The food is beyond perfection and the price is reasonable.

We booked the family room and it is by far the biggest hotel room we stayed in Japan.

Bath hall is also impressively huge. People from the town would come here to take a bath and meal. very nice experience.
