Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Camera a fost curată, spațioasă și bine întreținută, iar personalul foarte amabil și mereu dispus să ajute. Check-in-ul a fost rapid, iar atmosfera din hotel a fost liniștită și relaxantă.

Locația este foarte bună, aproape de principalele puncte de interes, ceea ce a făcut șederea și mai convenabilă. În general, totul a fost bine organizat și s-a văzut atenția la detalii.

Cu siguranță aș reveni și îl recomand celor care caută un loc confortabil și plăcut pentru cazare.

Cons:

Per total experiența a fost foarte bună, însă în prima zi a existat o mică neînțelegere legată de micul dejun. Ni s-a spus inițial că micul dejun inclus în rezervare era doar pentru o persoană, deși rezervarea era pentru două.

Totuși, situația s-a rezolvat rapid, iar a doua zi problema a fost clarificată și totul a fost în regulă. Personalul a fost deschis și dispus să găsească o soluție, ceea ce am apreciat. În rest, șederea a fost plăcută și fără alte probleme.
