とても快適でした
Pros:

栄駅12番出口からストップウォッチで計って徒歩4分でした。繁華街なので夜の騒音が心配でしたが、全く音は気になりませんでした。部屋がエレベーターから一番遠い端っこの部屋だったせいもありますが、宿泊客の足音・声も聞こえませんでした。
13時に到着し、荷物を預かっていただきました。荷物にコードを通しロックを掛ける（無料）タイプで安心して預けられました。フロントの眼の前でしたので、スタッフの目もあり安心できました。
朝食は品数は多くありませんが、コーヒーやジュースを蓋付きのカップに入れ部屋に持っていけるし、必要十分でした。黄身が半熟トロトロのゆで卵が美味しく、2個食べてしまいました。ウェルカムドリンクも24時までいただけて良かったです。
部屋は狭かったですが、コンパクトな中にも工夫して必要なものは揃っており、何も不自由はありませんでした。歯ブラシ・クレンジング等々、細かなものはフロント前（エレベータ横）から各自で持っていく様になっていました。無駄がなく良いと思いました。
フロントスタッフの対応も良く、清掃のスタッフも、私が掃除中の他の部屋の前を通った時に、部屋の奥で作業されていたのにもかかわらず、宿泊者（私）が部屋の前を通ったのを察知して、部屋から挨拶の声が聞こえました。
名古屋滞在の際は、また利用したいと思いました。

Cons:

部屋が非常にコンパクトでスーツケースはベットの上で広げるしかありません。小さいスーツケースでも、床で広げるのは厳しいです。コスパを考えれば許容範囲です。
