我們是三人入住2晚 空間夠用，還提供洗衣、曬衣 整體感覺很好～ 最喜歡的是地點，在大車站的下一站。避免拖著行李箱人擠人。 缺點也是大多數人提到的樓層問題，行李太重就不適合。 有機會再來到上野會想在入住👍

Pros:

公寓雖然有點舊，但該有的設備都有，且租金便宜，也不能再挑剔什麼了。有小廚房可以煮一些食物，洗衣機方便清洗換洗衣物，樓下有松屋，附近有超市、超商及藥妝店，生活機能十分良好。

Cons:

5樓舊型公寓，上下樓沒有電梯，搬運大行李較不方便，其他都很好。我們這次入住4樓，只有上下樓各搬運一次行李，也算還好。

Pros:

The location is good. The flat is quite near Iriya train station which takes around 2min walk. There are convenient stores and eating options within walking distance. We also can walk to Ueno park. The flat is not that big but accommodates a family of 5, although it is kind of crowded.

Cons:

The flat is on 5th floor. It is a bit challenging when carrying large luggage up and down.

Ok but not great.
Pros:

Location was close to most public transport.

Cons:

Was not clean. Bathroom was mouldy and not healthy at all. Was damp inside and generally not clean.
Need to warn people of the amount of stairs to get into apartment, was a challenge with kids and luggage.
