Excellent staff and facilities but small rooms.
Pros:

Fabulous staff, Onsen although small was fine, breakfast, free drinks in evening, good location

Cons:

Room was very small for 2 people with luggage. More like a single room. Suggest checking size before booking.

Would definitely recommend for a short stay.
Pros:

We needed an easy stay for 1 night between Uno Port and Nara while we visited with friends in Okayama. This hotel seemed like a great deal, and it was! The staff was so warm and friendly, the amenity bar was convenient, and the welcome drinks and breakfast were much more than I expected. Overall, the perfect stay. Our family of 4 had 2 very small adjoining rooms. For one night it was perfect.

Cons:

The walk from the train station was a tad farther thank I anticipated, but that was my oversight.
