Disappointing
Pros:

Genuinely the worst property I have ever come accross. I have contacted the owner several times but not had any reply. I have been in touch with customer service.

Cons:

Filthy, not as described at all. Not fit for purpose. The photos online must be from another property entirely.

I had a very bad experience staying here. The air conditioner did not work during very cold weather, which made the room unbearable. It was also very difficult to contact the host, and when I asked for help, I received no proper support.

I had booked the room for 5 days, but I could not even stay for 1 day because it was far too cold without heating/air conditioning. In the end, I had to cancel and find another place to stay. What made it worse was that I was still charged the full amount, even though I requested at least a partial refund. I plan not to give low feedback if booking.com and owner can resolve the claim seriously but it is totally disappointed.

This was extremely disappointing and honestly a terrible experience.

Mi peor experiencia en Japón. Nadie fue a ver para comprobar que era verdad lo que decía. Les dio igual.
Pros:

Las fotos son muy buenas.
El sitio no está mal. Pero por el precio, puedes tener un hotel ahí mismo cerca. Con todo incluido.

Cons:

Que no avisaran de los 4 pisos que hay que subir, del ruido que hay y de la basura que la gente deja en las escaleras.
Y en invierno. Ni se te ocurra reservar, puse la calefacción al máximo , 32 grados estuve 3 horas y no calentó nada, ni amigo taka, les llamo para que lo arreglaran y jamás fue nadie.
Ese mismo día me cogí un hotel por 130€ 3 noches. Y súper bien.
No me quejo de nada, pero hay cosas que deberías tener bien.
Sobre todo en enero que hace mucho frío, y también decir que huele muchísimo a humedad, yo soy muy alérgico y duermo con Cpap. Les comenté para que llegáramos a un arreglo, y me dijeron que hay varios tipos de personas y no pueden complacer a todos. Y que abriera las ventanas para ventilar. Me pareció mi peor experiencia de mi vida y la única mala que he tenido en Japón.
En resumen , perdí 250€ no se me devolvió nada. Y es un lugar que no recomiendo.
Gracias un saludo. Y el hotel que recomiendo es Mystays Ueno east. Está muy bien cómodo bien ubicado y un increíble servicio. Repetiría. Si alguien lee esto. Ya sabes dónde reservar y por mucho menos.

Room was clean and quiet. We had a great time.
Pros:

Walking distance to multiple stations, Ueno Park, Senso-ji shrine, great restaurants and plenty of convenience stores. Room was clean, enough amenities to use while you stay (if you wish to cook during your stay). Response time to questions via email was super quick and efficient. Room was quiet the whole time during our stay, only noise we heard were a few emergency sirens from ambulance/police. Would recommend to a friend and stay here again.

нехватает комфорт, например конденционер ели работаеть, потом нехватеть розетки для аксесуров, тв только японские каналы не одного другой и спортывных
каналов нет.
еще когда придет туристы они незнает как распологать апартмент кто надо связаться и встречат или написать его адресс инфо по ситуации. когда ты первый раз придёш в токио трудно будеть распологаться в апартмент.

over all, it was good...the area is very close to everything.

the only down fall is the stairs..as no access to elevator.
and the bathroom is too small it's hard to put on your clothes when you shower.

I guess you get what you pay for so if you don’t mind the following things, then you won’t mind staying here:
-Photo images of the room that does not look like the actual room
- garbage and recycling materials left all around the entrance
- Large cockroaches seen every evening
- request for an extra futon denied

Cons:

The most disgusting apartment I have ever seen. Stained bedding, dirty linen, mouldy towels, dust everywhere. There was hair everywhere when we got there, pillows has brown stains. A rug under the bed with what appeared to be animal urine. I would not recommend this property to anyone. In fact I urge no one to ever book this place and booking.com site to remove it from being listed. Property refused a refund when I complained and were u reasonable to deal with.
