A fantastic and memorable stay in Osaka
Pros:

We had an incredible stay at Centara Grand Hotel. We booked a club floor room and absolutely loved it! We were given a corner room, which had breathtaking views over Osaka. The club lounge was a real highlight, and we made full use of the afternoon tea offering. The staff and service were outstanding throughout our stay, and the Japanese breakfast was particularly special. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Dotonbori and other parts of the city. Overall, a fantastic and memorable stay in Osaka.

Bien pero no tan bien
Pros:

Muy linda vista, habitación amplia para los estándares japoneses. Buena atención en la recepción. Aclaro la habitación estaba en los pisos premium.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que haya dispenser de agua fresca en algunos pisos, máquinas para laundry, máquinas de hielo, microondas. He estado en hoteles de esta categoría que brindaban ese confort. Está situado al lado de las vías del tren, en una zona no tan accesible a las estaciones, hay que darle toda la vuelta al Namba park o al City mall.

Enjoyed my stay here. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I’m back in Osaka.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and excellent. Ameneties was more then enough for me. The hotel was also relatively near to the train station to KIX aiport which was convinient.

Localização e conforto
Pros:

O quarto é bastante espaçoso e confortável.
O hotel, de modo geral, é bem novo e moderno, e os funcionários são preparados e educados.
A vista do rooftop é espetacular, dá pra ver praticamente toda Osaka, vale muito a pena subir para conferir.
A localização também é excelente: a saída do hotel praticamente dá para um complexo de prédios com shoppings e acesso ao metrô.

Cons:

Não gostei muito do chuveiro de teto. Ele molha bastante o banheiro, mas pouco quem está tomando banho.
Os preços do SPA também eram muito altos, achei meio absurdo pagar entre 30 e 40 mil ienes por uma massagem.
