Comfortable, enjoyable, no complaints - very happy
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. The room was HUGE. We mentioned we’d just gotten engaged the night before at checkin and they upgraded our room and brought chocolates and a hand written card to the room. The areas are clean, and the staff go above and beyond. I won’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Osaka
