Pros:

The hotel is well maintained. The corner king room is specious. Located next to Namba station, 15 min walk to Dontobori, and about 20 min walk to Shisabashi.

Cons:

The selection of pillows, one too soft, the one was memory foam hard pillow.

Great stay
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean with good view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with decent variety.

Cons:

It is a little far from train station, and 15 mins walk to dotonburi area.

Pros:

Surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Could hear the train line quite loudly. Was difficult to sleep. When we checked in, we were offered to upgrade to a higher/larger room. Which was almost as much as the entire booking cost. The receptionist was quite rude and was shocked we did not want to spend that much on an upgrade. The poor choice of room seemed like a punishment. This is our second stay at the hotel. I will not stay again.
Too far to walk from Namba station.

Had a good time
Pros:

As i was travelling with family and friends, convenience was high priority. Hotel was clean, very well located and cordial staff. Plenty of options nearby for food and shopping. I highly recommend this place if its in your budget.

We were next to some room where staff come and go non stop, the beeping of the swop system right out our door was super annoying.

Excellent Location
Pros:

As i was travelling with family, convenience was high priority. Hotel was excellent in location, plenty of food and shopping options within walkable distance. Hotel staff were cordial. Perfect hotel for tourists if this is in their budget.

Muy buena habitación, confortable y de buena calidad. Desayuno excelente , súper completo. Ubicación 10 puntos.

Cons:

Creo que le falta algún espacio común para los que no son VIP. En la planta 33 tiene restaurantes con vistas hermosas que solo se pueden aprovechar si se cena ahí. O sea habitación muy buena y desayuno excelente pero no mucho más que eso, para un 5 estrellas debería brindar algo mas.

Lage, Bistro Michelangelo, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Durchgangstüre im Zimmer, minimaler Lärm vom Zug trotz 22. Etage, toller Ausblick vom Zimmer, Late-Check out nicht verhältnismäßig - viel zu teuer, eine weitere Nacht zu buchen war günstiger !!
