Very comfortable, modern and a great location.
Pros:

Very modern and the rooms were amazing :) Lovely view over Osaka. The location is very close to Dotonbori. The rooftop is fabulous and o. the weekend there was a great atmosphere with the DJ.

Cons:

Shame the rooftop only did very simple snacks. We didn’t really like the breakfast, but there is a lot of choice.

Está bien situado y la habitacion me pareció cómoda. Muy buenas vistas desde la habitación. Gestionaron muy rápido el transporte de las maletas al siguiente hotel.

Cons:

Tuvimos que esperar bastante para el check in pues estábamos todos a la vez a las 15.00. Se oye pasar el tren aunque estábamos en el piso 16.

Cons:

Corner room we stayed - not very functional in some aspects. The small round table by the sofa not enough space for use to put our shopping stuff, food, etc. Bedside tables without drawer very small also n already occupied by clock, landline telephone , barely enough to put our phones and skincare stuff. Me n partner got our feet knock against the corner of the open wardrobe a few times, the wardrobe also designed to serve as a divider between the beds and the washroom, bathroom areas.
