Excellent room with great service.
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy when we first entered. Room was very spacious, we had no trouble storing and opening our luggages. With ceiling to floor windows, we had a lot of natural lighting coming into the room, which was nice and contributed to the spacious feeling. We can imagine excellent views if our room was on a higher floor. Definitely wished we were able to stay for more than 1 night. Staffs were very friendly and polite as well.

Cons:

Did not like being told about the city hotel tax that can only be paid by cash, as well as a 10000 Yen security deposit on my credit card only when we were checking in. Would have appreciate if I was informed in advance (either via email or in their T&Cs) as our stay was towards the end of our trip and the amount cash/credit card fund that we had was a bit low.

Hotel was ideal located for us to pack as much as we could into our short stay!
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to Namba shrine, Dotonburi,Shinsekai, Kuromon market & train lines. Loved that it stood out & could be seen from a distance (Good point of reference to find our way back). Coffee machine in room was fab! Staff very helpful & one staff member drove us in complimentary Tuk Tuk to the station (& insisted on wheeling both our cases for us) right to the appropriate gate, making sure we were safely on our way! Above & beyond! Lovely end to our holiday!

Cons:

The shower had no separate screen, just in the bath room, so you needed to dry & dress outside in the main room (there was a curtain for privacy). It wasnt ideal, but manageable.

Generally excellent, biggest bugbear was the imperfect breakfast

Cons:

Breakfast was quite good but not as good as the breakfast we had in a similar hotel in Tokyo. There was a very large range of cooked food mostly aimed at Asian guests. It would have been good to have more uncooked options, more fruit and more food aimed at Europeans. Also a pot of brewed coffee would have been great as an alternative to the very mediocre coffee machines.

Good stay. Good location.
Pros:

location. Close enough to the main areas but not too close to be in the hustle and bustle.

Cons:

We had booked two rooms. They had the ages of our kids on file but not assigned two rooms adjacent to each other. We had to pay extra to get two rooms inter leading.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Calidad precio inmejorables. En Namba, con múltiples centros comerciales y estación de metro cerca. Personal encantador, proporcionando todas peticiones especiales que hicimos a última hora (habitación con 2 camas, en la zona contraria a las vías del tren, almohadas blandas…). Amplio, limpio, bien mantenido… Por poner alguna pega, uno de los somieres hacía algo de ruido al moverte en la cama, pero sin llegar a impedir dormir.
