Pros:

不含早餐，入住時先到右手邊的key cafe輸入密碼(前一天會發送mail通知)
出入口會用鑰匙管制電動門,所以每天都要帶鑰匙出門並且要妥善保管鑰匙(方不方便看個人)
自助入住和自助退房(鑰匙丟入信箱內)
我們住8f，浴室空間很大，熱水很快有，水壓也很強，但是浴室拉門不好拉，太重了
有附洗衣精、洗衣機和烘乾機可以使用。
靠近美榮橋站，附近很多居酒屋可以光臨，整體算不錯。

Good location and comfortable room
Pros:

Excellent location next to the fish market and close to the monorail station, which made getting around very convenient.

The room was quite spacious by Japanese standards.

Having both a washing machine and a dryer available was very convenient, especially during a longer stay.

Cons:

The kitchen was very minimally equipped — only a couple of plates and mugs were provided, so it wasn’t possible to cook anything. There was no knife either.

One of the towels had an old stain, so we chose not to use it.

A shoehorn would also be a very useful addition.

整體來說85分了，沒有廚具是小缺點(也可能是要加價購，但我沒留意到)
Pros:

近美榮橋站，樓下就有lawson，500公尺的距離內全家、7-11、Aeon超市應有盡有，便利性非常足夠！
如果是自價的話，附近就有很多停車場，建議可以比價一下，不難找到性價比高的停車場，讓整趟旅遊省錢又省心。

Cons:

一開始看到房間有廚房就下訂了，但進去後發現除了熱水壺、瓦斯爐外，其它廚具一樣都沒有(盤子、鍋子、刀子、湯匙等)，本來想買些食材回去煮的，結果還是只能吃泡麵 :(
