Pros:

Location, washing machine in the room, individual AC, the room is bigger than other hotels in Tokyo, quiet and safe neighborhood

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved, the wall has stains all over, room smells like dog and sweat (I understand it's a dog friendly hotel, but maybe they could at least air it out before the next guest check-in, or has dedicated rooms for guests who stays without dog), no trashcan in the toilet room

Great place, misleading name
Pros:

Comfy room, great cafe downstairs and friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The location - calling it Shibuya is a bit misleading in my opinion. It feels closer to Shinjuku. I ended up checking out early to go somewhere closer to the location I thought it was.

シンプル
Pros:

ロケーションも良く、静かでアクセスも良かったです。チェックイン、アウトも簡素で楽でした。シングルルームは小さいながら、スペース使いが良く、東京らしいシンプルでアート感もあり、アメニティも部屋の清潔感も満足でした。カフェも都会的でお洒落でした。
