a fair stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The room was a good size, clean and are is nice if you have quite a few days in Tokyo. There are convince stores quite close and easily accessible to shinjuku and shibuya with the bus.

Cons:

The location was mostly accessible with a bus which delayed the sightseeing. I had to spend a day in the hotel as i was not feeling well and there was a dog crying all day and you could clearly hear it via the walls. While I would not mind normally, as i was not feeling well and needed to rest this was not possible to do. Also there is no elevator and you have to carry the luggage up and down to the room and into the reception area.

Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. :)
Pros:

Es war wirklich schön eingerichtet und das Cafe unten war auch genial. Ich war 2x da. Das erste mal nur für eine Nacht und da war das Zimmer wirklich klein, kaum Platz um sich zu bewegen aber für 1 Nacht war das okey. Deswegen habe ich nach einem grösserem Zimmer gefragt für den 2. Aufenthalt und das zweite Zimmer war super. Genug platz, hatte alles sogar eine Waschmachine.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich sagen würde wäre der Lärm. Man hat schon zimlich alles gehört, den Flur, Nebenzimmer und sogar manchmal die nachbarschaft bzw. Den lärm von draussen.
Aber ich würde sagen wenn man kein 5 Sterne Hotel hat trifft das auf fast alle Hotels in Japan zu.

Viel Platz und tolles Raumdesign. Sehr nettes Cafe zum Frühstücken. Nette Nachbarschaft. Sehr ruhig.

Wonderful
Pros:

Perfect hotel. Very modern, well-designed, and well-appointed, with secure access. Spacious and quiet rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away. On the ground floor, there’s a café with excellent pastries, and you can also leave your luggage there before check-in. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay for a solo traveller
Pros:

Great place to stay for a solo traveller. The location is convenient, but it is not too busy or noisy in the area. I had no problems with noise. The bed is comfy and the room is clean. Equipped with a washer/dryer which is a nice touch. Check in and out is very simple and smooth.

Cons:

The shower/toilet rooms were a little small. There isn’t a real bathroom, just small closet-size rooms for both.

Huoneessa oli kaikki tarpeellinen ja se oli siisti. Talon alakerrassa toimiva kahvila oli hyvä.

Cons:

Vuode oli ihan kohtuullinen, mutta tyyny olisi voinut olla hieman pehmeämpi.

Lage, Preis, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind anscheinend sehr unterschiedlich groß. Meines war so ziemlich das kleinste, das ich je gesehen habe. Aber es war auch relativ günstig. Das Café -Personal und die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr zuvorkommend, aber darüber hinaus gibt's kein Personal.
