Not your typical hotel, lacks amenities.
Pros:

The AC works great and the bidet works great also.

The property has a cafe directly underneath. There are restaurants nearby. There is a train station nearby.

Cons:

There is no elevator. Depending on your room, you may have to go up 3 flights of stairs.

There is no live person to check in, you do it on an iPad on your own and their contact method is email.

There is no smart key card, you are given a regular key to lock and unlock your room.

If you get the room with the shower, the shower is very small. The bathtub option is bigger.

There is no TV in the room. They do not clean, make the room up, or remove trash automatically. You have to schedule it via a QR code. Supposedly after the 3rd night they automatically clean the room every 2 days but I did not get that done.

また利用してみたくなるホテルでした。
Pros:

4階のツインを利用しましたが、清潔感があり、長期滞在にも便利な家電製品が充実していました。チェックインもアウトもタブレット操作で、スムーズです。備え付けのシャンプーが家で使っているブランドと同じ木下石鹸で嬉しくなりました。朝食は一階のカフェで焼きたてのパンとコーヒーも手軽で美味しかった。

Cons:

4階まで外階段のみで重いトランクを運ぶのは大変だろうなと思いました。

Fabulous
Pros:

We have stayed at Art Hotel several times. We really like its location, the friendly atmosphere. The flats are well equipped and comfortable. There are several convenience stores around and great public transport.

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that they don’t have tumble dryer, but there’s a place very close where to go if necessary

Good value hotel with a nice cafe downstairs.
Pros:

The location and cafe below the building. Their bakeries and coffee is superb.

Cons:

The toilet is too small that I can’t close the door when I use it.

Pros:

Richtig tolles Appartement, modern und reduziert. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein super Café inklusive Bäckerei. Man kann auch die Dachterrasse benutzen. Wären gerne länger geblieben
