Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro, stanza molto ampia, una sorte di monolocale dotata anche di una piastra a induzione e possibilità di noleggiare pentole, lavatrice, bagno e doccia separati, lavabo, mensole, spazio per valigie, appendini... Stanza moderna dove potersi godere momenti di relax.
Check in e out automatico tramite tablet. Al piano terra c'è anche una caffetteria dove preparano biscotti e altri dolci. Ho spedito la valigia e lo staff mi ha chiesto se avessero potuto portarla in camera.

L'unica appunto che potrei fare è che la finestra da su una struttura acccanto, molto, molto vicina.

Top verblijf!
Pros:

Ik was in het begin een beetje huiverig door een aantal negatieve recensies, maar ik kon daar echt niks van terugzien. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpt je ook met bagage tillen (ook al was dat echt niet nodig want mijn koffers waren ZO zwaar). Ook toen er iets was waar ik een vraag over had werd het meteen opgelost. Ik was ook heel blij dat er geen tapijt lag!
De locatie is 1 halte van station Shinjuku vandaan, dat is echt perfect. In de buurt zaten veel winkels en eettentjes. Ook was het 40 minuten lopen en was je in hartje Shibuya. Het was ook een hele leuke wandeling langs koffie plekken en over een spoorweg. Het koffie café onder het hotel heeft overigens ook heerlijke koffie en hartige en zoete snacks!
Ik zag mensen die de accommodatie met een gevangenis vergelijken. Als de waterdruk zo goed is in de gevangenis teken ik daarvoor 😂 Oh en het toilet is volledig met verwarming, bidet EN automatische doorspoel functie!

Cons:

Ik miste wel echt een TV voor de avonden dat ik even in de kamer wou chillen.
Het was een beetje gehorig en er zaten geen viltjes onder de stoel dus die maakte super veel herrie.

Good but could be great with little adjustments.
Pros:

Good location and modern room with everything you need. It could be much better with very little improvements (see what I didn't like).

Cons:

A bit complicated for the average traveler. It was ok for me because I travel a lot but I didn't like the fact that there is no real reception (need to go to a coffee shop), there are many stairs and no lift and all the key and codes to be used are normally more used for an Airbnb and not for a hotel.

Pros:

連泊したくなる施設。洗濯機があり、ベッド上に物干しスペースもあり、その近くにエアコンが設置されている。
夜干して寝て朝にちゃんと乾燥していた。ハンガーも3つあり、小物も干せる。
洗面とキッチンの水回りが兼ねられる配置。一つにすることで無駄なスペースを確保している。
洗濯洗剤、食器用洗剤、シャンプーコンディショナーなどもこだわりを感じるセレクト。
室内がオシャレ。打ちっぱなしコンクリと木の感じが心地よい。
デスクも広いし、お湯も沸かせる。電子レンジあり。
ベッドマットレスより若干ベッド枠の木が大きくなっていて、腰掛けるのに便利。
一階にカフェあり。ペット連れの方も安心して来ている雰囲気がよかった。
初台駅までちょうどよい距離感。

Cons:

シャワースペースがかなり省スペース。小柄な方は気にしないレベル。体格の良い人にとっては窮窟かもしれない。
