お手軽な価格で近くにコンビニとかもあり、比較的使いやすい地域でした。
駅もそれほど遠くなく良かったです。

Emplacement, et propreté. Confortable et calme.

Conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Hatagaya Station, with easy access by train to major tourist attractions. The apartment was clean, good sized and has a washing machine. There is also a small kitchen area with kettle, stove, mini fridge and utensils. Clothes can be dried in the toilet with about 10 hangers provided - there's a panel to indicate option to dry clothes within 1-2 hours. While there was no reception counter, the staff was responsive through messaging on the booking.com app. There are nice eateries (e.g. italian) and a supermarket nearby.

最寄駅から遠くなく道も平坦で、飲食店やスーパーなどが並んだ商店の通りでドリンクなどお買い物しながら到着しました。道は石畳のため歩きやすかったです。チェックインもスムーズで、トイレ、浴室、脱衣所、キッチンがセパレートタイプで便利でした。テレビでYouTubeも見れます。周辺は静かな住宅街で、室内で隣室の物音も全く聞こえなかったです。（部屋によるかもですが）

Super wenn man sich selbst versorgen will und ein ausreichend großes Zimmer haben möchte. Ruhig und gut an die Ubahn angebunden. In der direkten Umgebung kann man alles besorgen was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht.

内装もおしゃれでとても快適に過ごせました

This place is located a 10 minute walk from a subway strop that is only two stops away from Shinjuku. The walk itself is down a cute pedestrian main street with pharmacies, grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, izakayas, convenience stores, etc. New construction meant that the place itself was clean and functional.

This place was just less than a 10-minute walk to the station that connects to Shinjuku (a major hub in Tokyo).
It was close to lots of places to eat or buy food. The room we stayed in was tiny but had all one needs.

Quiet area. Location was good. Local neighbourhood was super (local small restaurants / not too far from public transportation)
