This property is very clean & tidy with easy access to the Shibuya / Shinjuku area.
Pros:

It was very clean & tidy. Internal facilities were easy to use. Plenty of towels . Good property to access the general area.

Cons:

Access instructions were poor . The key pad numbers are provided however on both the entrance & door key pad there were additional keys needed to be pressed - this was not on any of the instructions . This made for a frustrating experience at 11PM.

Gute moderne Unterkunft, Service könnte besser sein
Pros:

Gute ruhige Lage in einem schönen Viertel, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrmittel

Cons:

Reinigung war Mangelhaft, Ausstattung hat zu Beginn teilweise gefehlt (wurde auf Bitten hin sofort nachgereicht)

すごく楽しい東京観光できたので、最高でした。
Pros:

お手軽な価格で近くにコンビニとかもあり、比較的使いやすい地域でした。
駅もそれほど遠くなく良かったです。

Cons:

喫煙所を1箇所でも良いので作ってもらえると、他の喫煙者利用者の人も嬉しいのではないかと思いました。

Affordable apartment in quiet neighbourhood
Pros:

Conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Hatagaya Station, with easy access by train to major tourist attractions. The apartment was clean, good sized and has a washing machine. There is also a small kitchen area with kettle, stove, mini fridge and utensils. Clothes can be dried in the toilet with about 10 hangers provided - there's a panel to indicate option to dry clothes within 1-2 hours. While there was no reception counter, the staff was responsive through messaging on the booking.com app. There are nice eateries (e.g. italian) and a supermarket nearby.

Cons:

No housekeeping was provided during the 1 week stay and there was also no cleaning equipment within the room.
No lift so you will have to carry your luggage up the narrow staircase. I had requested for a ground floor room but upon check in was allocated a high floor.

場所もコスパもいいと思います！
Pros:

最寄駅から遠くなく道も平坦で、飲食店やスーパーなどが並んだ商店の通りでドリンクなどお買い物しながら到着しました。道は石畳のため歩きやすかったです。チェックインもスムーズで、トイレ、浴室、脱衣所、キッチンがセパレートタイプで便利でした。テレビでYouTubeも見れます。周辺は静かな住宅街で、室内で隣室の物音も全く聞こえなかったです。（部屋によるかもですが）

Cons:

お部屋の広さが写真で見るより狭い印象でした。ベッドのサイズも小さいです。幅も狭く寝相が悪い人は落ちるかもしれないですね笑女性2名で宿泊したので問題は無かったです。あとエレベーターが無く、荷物が多かったので1階を希望してましたが、先着順だったのか3階になってしまい、疲れてヘトヘトになりながら荷物を持って階段で上がりました。
