快適！
Pros:

とても清潔で、タオルなどの設備も満足にあり、ベッドも寝心地が良かったです。レビューを見て、入室が困難かな？と思っていましたが、キーのタッチパネルが初めなかなか作動しなかった以外は何も問題なく。とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

あるとすれば、エレベーターがないこと、くらいでしょうか。今回は荷物も少なく、最上階を希望したので不便を感じませんでしたが、もし大きな荷物があって階段を使うとなると少し大変だなと思いました。あと、徒歩だと幡ヶ谷駅から少しだけ遠く感じるかもしれないですね。

個人的には、お値段相応でよかったとおもいます。
Pros:

清潔。価格も手ごろ。
幡谷って初めて泊りましたが、いい感じの街です。

Cons:

・セルフチェックイン。解錠キーのところに間違った手順が書いてある（「部屋番号を入れて」とか書いてあるが嘘）。建物への入り方が分からなかったので、電話で聞いた。
・階段がない、バリアだらけので、荷物の多い人や老人には不向き。
・ベッドは、非常に小さい。
・けっこう　音漏れする。
・道が狭いので、ホテルの前まで車で来れません。

Quiet area. Clean and tidy room staff easy to access and respond to email contact immediately. Reasonably close to train and bus station. Washing machine a bonus.

I still like the place. comfortable and cozy. The staff over the phone was very helpful checking in

Very modern architecture and cleanliness.

Cons:

Felt it was too far a walk from the train station. Not enough storage space, such as for a few daily items.
There was no laundry soap; I had to purchase batteries for the AC hand-held control unit. Small things like more hangers or Takoashi hangers would have helped greatly after doing laundry.

Aircon only turned on and off, very cold since all walls are made of concrete. No elevator. Stairwell very small.

Sehr schön und nahe angelegen an der U-Bahn Super Support und super hilfreich
Pros:

Sehr schöne Ferien Wohung mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne eigne küche auch. Die Anbindungen zur U-Bahn sind 5-10 min Zu Fuß erreichbar!
Was auch sehr gut wahr ist das ein typhoon über Japan geflogen ist unser Flug storniert wurde und wir gezwungen Weise 2 Tage länger Bleiben mussten und wir Gott sei Dank 2 Tage länger bleiben konnten der Support wahr sehr hilf reich wenn wir wieder kommen dann noch mall Luana shibuya
