提早來寄放行李，櫃檯人員很親切。房間很大兩個人整理行囊完全不會打架，基本的餐具都有，還有水壺可以去大廳裝水用！床跟枕頭真的很棒，出去玩一天回來躺下去能速速入睡了。
Pros:

空間很大、床跟枕頭的軟硬剛剛好。

Cons:

椅子下面沒打掃乾淨、高樓層只有單邊電梯會等很久。

Pros:

Everything the staff was great. We had rented a car and there weren't any places left at the hotel but the lovely lady showed us where to park ( she couytell we were struggling and walked out to show us where to park and how to do it with paying at the location).

Cons:

The huge group of hungover guys that took the only outdoor space to smoke and lounge for over an hour so we had to eat breakfast inside. They could have made room for the families that were obviously wanting to enjoy the outside but they used up all the seats and put their stuff on chairs so no one could have the spaces while they smoked.

Das Hotel liegt gut . Leicht mit Tram zum Fährhafen Sakurajima, Aquarium - Highlight. Alles etwas technisch überorganisiert, daher weniger Personal aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Aussage erinnert uns etwas an ein Wohnmobil. Etwas eng und zuviel Kunststoff.

空間很大，隔音佳，出入透過密碼很方便不需要帶房卡或是鑰匙，還會擔心弄丟，飯店離鹿兒島中央站很近，走路約 5 分鐘內可達，飯店裝潢新、設備超讚，雙床房有附微波爐方便帶超商食物回來加熱，廁所也有附洗衣機，甚至還有提供洗衣球，超級推薦

Das Doppelbett grenzte links und rechts direkt an eine Wand. Im großen und ganzen doch alles etwas eng. Das WLAN erlaubt nur die Verbindung mit einem Gerät.

Pros:

Beautiful laid out room for a family of 3. It had all the facilities you need for a stay including a washing machine. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with the check in and check out. The place is also situated near the Main Street of Kagoshima, but on the quieter end, so you can easily walk to the restaurants and shops but also sleep at night.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all great.

Good sized rooms, next to tram stop.
Pros:

The room was large, washing machine was very efficient and perfect for couples. Beds were veey comfortable as well. Staff were friendly and reasonably able to communicate in English, making forwarding luggage a simple process.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty basic and in retrospect would opt out for that in the future.
