Dirty place, front door always open, didn’t feel safe, no staff. Highly recommend not staying here.

One of my favorite selection for my business trip, great location, all necessary facility surrounded

Convenient in many ways
Pros:

The bathroom can be turned into a dryer with the ceiling fan system.
The fact they have a washing machine is great especially toward the end of a long trip overseas.
The location is perfect.
1min walking from a shrine
2 min walking from metro/ gay bars & restaurants
Less than 8min away from Shinjuku busy streets.
Quiet street, next to a cafe and Lawson convenience store.
Great size for a unit in japan
Has Kitchenette
Has Good wardrobe space
Easy self-check in/out

Cons:

I would add two extra bed pillows as we use two each but not a big deal.
The mattress is leaning towards the soft side - which is not our preference but not a big deal.

Mal agencé et vétuste
Mal agencé :
- en faisant une taille d’1m60 je ne pouvais pas correctement m’assoir aux toilettes
- Balcon qu’on ne peut pas utiliser car les chaises et la table mise dessus ne permettent pas d’ouvrir la porte fenêtre
- location pour 2 et une seule chaise sur une minuscule table qui ne permet pas de manger.
- pas de contrôle de la lumière depuis le lit
- lumières fatiguées : pas la même intensité et sur leur fin (clignotent)
- peu de prises électriques et mal positionnées
Vétuste :
- canapé usé
- fils électriques dans une gaine qui tient mal sur le mur
- équipements globalement vieux : toilette/ lave linge/ sèche cheveux /etc…
Ayant déjà fait une location d’appartement dans Tokyo, je ne conseille pas celui-ci.

Very nice stay in a great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Many places were walkable and there were two train stations that we regularly used, one about 3 minutes away and the second was about 15 minutes. The Lawson store right next store was super convenient. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood and the bed was comfortable. The provided washer was a nice perk and the cool shower/bathtub/drying room is super nice. The water was hot and the showers were great.

Cons:

There is very little storage so instead of unpacking we just left our clothes in our bags on the floor. Not a big deal but not ideal either. The toilet room is tiny and I had difficulty using the toilet as a larger guy.

If you know what to expect, you're fine.
Pros:

Amazing location, close proximity to train station within 3-4 min walk. There's a Lawsons convenient store right next door which is a life saver.
The host was quick to reply to any queries raised. Pay close attention to the check in process, which can confuse some. Peaceful area and close walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

I realise the rooms are expected to be small in main Tokyo. The bed wasn't exactly comfortable for 2 people, a little smaller than queen size. If you're anywhere close to 6ft tall like myself, you’ll have a problem fitting into the washroom.
For the cleaning fee charged, could've provided room cleaning and/or change of towels for a 5 night stay.

くつろげました。
Pros:

自炊できて、部屋も広くて快適でした。5泊6日で滞在。キッチンにはフライパン、小鍋、包丁、食器、洗剤、キッチンペーパー、水2リットルなどがありました。洗濯機、掃除機もあり毎日綺麗に過ごすことができました。隣にローソン、御苑駅まですぐで立地もいいです。

Cons:

お風呂の排水溝のお掃除がしてあればなと思いました。シャワーのみなら全く問題ないです。初日に湯船にお湯をためて流したときになかなか流れず5cmくらい洗い場にたまりました。中からゴミも出てきたのでお掃除してないのかな？お思ってしまいました。
