Biraz problemli ama konumu güzel
Pros:

Konum olarak harika bir yerde. Metroya birkaç dakika yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Hemen yan binasının altında bir market var. Etrafında da helal yemek yapan restoranlar mevcut.

Cons:

Ev sahipleri yaşadığımız sorunlara mesaj yoluyla dönüş yaptılar. Bu konuda iyilerdi. Ancak evdeki bize ayrılmış wi-fi ağına hiçbir cihazımızdan bağlanamadık. Binanın girişi çok kötü kokuyordu. Asansörden odamıza çıkana kadar burnumuzu tutmak zorunda kaldık. Binanın girişi ve asansörü genel olarak pisti. Evin garip bir girişi vardı. İki kapıdan geçmeniz gerek ve bir kapıyı kapatmadan diğer kapıyı açamadığınız çapraz garip bir darlıkta yapısı var. Özellikle bavullarla girip çıkmakta çok zorlanıyorsunuz.

Dirty place, front door always open, didn’t feel safe, no staff. Highly recommend not staying here.

One of my favorite selection for my business trip, great location, all necessary facility surrounded

Convenient in many ways
Pros:

The bathroom can be turned into a dryer with the ceiling fan system.
The fact they have a washing machine is great especially toward the end of a long trip overseas.
The location is perfect.
1min walking from a shrine
2 min walking from metro/ gay bars & restaurants
Less than 8min away from Shinjuku busy streets.
Quiet street, next to a cafe and Lawson convenience store.
Great size for a unit in japan
Has Kitchenette
Has Good wardrobe space
Easy self-check in/out

Cons:

I would add two extra bed pillows as we use two each but not a big deal.
The mattress is leaning towards the soft side - which is not our preference but not a big deal.
Nothing bad
