Average, actual room was fine but beds very uncomfortable which was a let down.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, room was clean.

Cons:

Beds were incredibly thin and uncomfortable, pillows were hard and uncomfortable, worst sleep. when you are traveling you want to be able to get a good comfortable nights sleep after a long busy day.

Great location very convenient to station. Room comfortable and quiet. Liked the room layout which was good for small family.

Good for stopover, and maybe even more.
Pros:

Located very close to Shin Station if you need to catch the train next day. Otherwise clean and pleasant. Rooms aren’t large by any measure, but OK for two people with one big piece. Enough food options nearby, even very late.

Cons:

Zero English in the lobby.
