匂い以外はあまり不満なく、快適でした。
Pros:

歩いてコンビニも行けて、周辺にはコインランドリーや飲食店などがたくさんあって非常に便利でした

Cons:

禁煙となってましたが、タバコの匂いのような香りがして、気になりました。

親切な女性スタッフさんに感謝✧︎*。
Pros:

・すぐそばにコンビニあり
・車なら近くに沢山飲食店あり
・部屋は新しめでシンプルで綺麗
・フロントの女性スタッフさんがとても親切
(連れて行った認知症の母の事を凄く理解して下さって
有り難くて涙が出て来ました。。)

Cons:

しいていうなら
トイレの洗浄音が大きくて長すぎたのが
なかなか慣れませんでした、、

Pros:

There is a Yoshinoya nearby and within walking distance

Cons:

When coming back around 8pm, there was little lights in the neighborhood.
