Best to avoid.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Old and stinky. The lobby smells terrible and the room was yellowed and smelled like cigarettes even though labeled as no smoking. Stayed for less than 5 minutes before getting a refund at the desk and spending the night elsewhere. 0/10

Pros:

部屋はきれいで良かった。

Cons:

朝食のバイキングが写真と違い、簡素なものだった。（手作りのものが少なかった）前日にあったおかずが翌日にも皿に入って置かれていた。
シャワーの温度調節を水とお湯どちらも出して、自分で調節が必要だった。

Pros:

駐車場が無料、朝ごはん（美味しかった）が付いていたこと。
お風呂が貸切で利用できた事（露天風呂がありよかった）。
部屋で勉強したのですが、カーテンを開けると明るい日差しが入りよかった。

Cons:

鍵が旧式でコツがあり最初開けられなかった。
部屋の洗面台、トイレが狭く、古くあまり綺麗では無い。
マットレスが合わなかった。
お風呂が貸切でしたが男女兼用のようでした。
鍵が付いておらずちょっと心配でした。鍵を付けてほしいです。

Pros:

経年化は感じられるけども、清潔に運営されている。
1階の浴場が快適で、部屋の狭い水回り設備の物足りなさを打ち消してくれる事。

Cons:

周囲に飲食店等が何もないように見えた。
