The location is very convenient. You can get everything you need in the neighborhood. For people who have a tight budget on food while traveling, they have a nice and clean common kitchen you can use to cook your own food. The staff are all friendly and helpful,too.

El hotel está bastante bien para el valor que tiene, muy buena su ubicación (cerca de estación JR y a 20 minutos andando de Nishiki Market). Además, tiene una cocina comunitaria que permite cocinar o calentar comida si no te quieres mover del hospedaje.
La habitación tenía unas manchas sospechosas, sobre todo en el área del baño. Hay lavandería pero no para secar, te dicen que puedes usar la secadora que ellos tienen en la parte del staff, pero claramente te da un poco de cosa si tienes ropa interior o algo.

Perfect budget hotel! Next to long covered mall. 20 min walk to Nijo-jo Castle or train station. Washing machine available (free). They even supply the soap! Will stay here again.

اعلم ان موضوع الحماية مهم لكن لم احب الدخول إلى الشقة بمفتاح اكثر من يوم أنسى مفتاحي في الشقة و لا أستطيع العودة و انتظر احد النزلاء يفتح الباب
Bu tesiste ikinci konaklamamız ve genel olarak sıkıntı yaşamadık. Konumu çok iyiydi, her yere yürüyerek gitmeyi tercih ettik. Alışveriş yerlerine yakın, çevresinde restoran ve kafeler mevcut ve güzeller.
İnternet biraz yavaştı. Oda küçük ve valiz açmak çok zordu.

Buen personal, estaba a disposición todo lo necesario para la estancia. Tenían servicio gratuito de lavandería lo cual se agradece mucho.
Queda bastante lejos de varios puntos importantes de la ciudad, había que caminar bastante. No cuentan con limpieza en la habitación mientras uno se aloja.

The hotel is located in Nijo area, close to the castle.
With a short train ride we could reach the central station of Kyoto.
The room was small but cozy and clean.
It was great to be able to use the laundry service, which is very convenient for the guests.
It was very cold at night and the only blanket we had in our room was very thin.
Everything about this hotel was great. The room was cosy and the staff very friendly and willing to help. The free washing machine, toothbrush, and razors were also really nice gestures.
