良かったです
Pros:

さいたまスーパーアリーナから比較的近いし、何より駅からも近い。

Cons:

室内の音が外へ漏れている。廊下を歩いていても他の部屋の音が聞こえるくらい防音対策はされていないのかなぁ？と感じました。

がっかりした,予約時に、朝食が付いているかと
Pros:

ロケーション良く、駅近く便利でした
髭を剃ろうと思ったら、ヒゲソリが無かった

Cons:

朝食が付いていると思っていたが、無かった！
フロントで聞いたら、ぶっきらぼうに、付いてませんよ。と60代位の方に言われた!（#^ω^）
外は、雨館内の店は、全て閉まってる
私は、空腹のまま、仕事に出かけた！

思ったより良かった
Pros:

昨年も利用しましたが部屋ぎカビ臭く消臭スプレーを買いましたが　今回の部屋は壁紙も綺麗で臭くありませんでした

机の鏡が明るくなったら椅子に座って化粧ができたのに
