部屋の広さ。

Cons:

施設が古すぎてかつ古い感がでている。
扉の鍵や重さ開けにくさ（今はカードなど）
バス、トイレ。関連の備品もイマイチ。（シャンプーなど）
湯沸かしの水を汲みにくい（蛇口の高さと湯沸かし器のサイズの関係、自分でやってみて）
洋服掛けスぺースの工夫（ズボンハンガー、カバン置きなど）

Cons:

細かい所の掃除は全くしてない感じの汚れ方。空気清浄機は空調に内臓されていたのか分かりませんが、室内の空気が悪かったです。

水廻りのカビが目立ち、ユニットバス内カーテンが臭い。
部屋の床の汚れ、シャワートイレが壊れていたり気になるものが多い。
隣の音が聞こえるので、自分がくしゃみするのにも気を使う。
