Pros:

さいたまスーパーアリーナから比較的近いし、何より駅からも近い。

Cons:

室内の音が外へ漏れている。廊下を歩いていても他の部屋の音が聞こえるくらい防音対策はされていないのかなぁ？と感じました。

がっかりした,予約時に、朝食が付いているかと
Pros:

ロケーション良く、駅近く便利でした
髭を剃ろうと思ったら、ヒゲソリが無かった

Cons:

朝食が付いていると思っていたが、無かった！
フロントで聞いたら、ぶっきらぼうに、付いてませんよ。と60代位の方に言われた!（#^ω^）
外は、雨館内の店は、全て閉まってる
私は、空腹のまま、仕事に出かけた！
