Excellent ! One of the best locations in Fukuoka for shopping and transport .
Pros:

Breakfast was superb !

Cons:

The laundry facilities could have been better....too few machines for the size of the hotel. Also the machines were combined washer/dryer which take a very long time to wash and dry one load. So, long cycle time and so many people wanting to use them meant that we couldn't get a machine during the early evening....we eventually put our washing on at 4.30am when there was no one else there.

Ideal place to stay in Tenjin area.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious (compared to usual hotel room sizes). There was even a coffee/tea machine inside the room. Staff were very accommodating too. Overall, I had very comfortable stay. Location is quite ideal too.

Cons:

I just hope the late check-out can be extended beyond 2pm even there is a fee, because there are times that flight schedules are not quite ideal. But apart from this, everything is great.
