Un service que je n’ai jamais eu , hors du commun. Une expérience mémorable à vie. Ils vous chouchoutent à un point que vous ne pouvez même pas imaginer.

We have been fortunate enough to stay in some wonderful hotels around the world over the years, but Ocean Village Club is genuinely one of those rare places that leaves a lasting impression long after you return home.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful atmosphere, the beautifully maintained tropical gardens, the immaculate facilities, and the stunning location right on one of the most beautiful stretches of Diani Beach. The adults-only concept creates a wonderfully relaxed environment where it is easy to unwind and simply enjoy the surroundings.

The food was consistently excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard by Christina. Everywhere you look, it is clear that great care and attention are given to every detail.

What truly sets Ocean Village Club apart is its people. Every member of staff we encountered from Ismael in reservations, was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have the best possible experience.

A special thank you must go to Athman, who looked after guests around the pool and beach area with remarkable friendliness and attentiveness. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his warm personality added greatly to our enjoyment of the holiday.

We would also like to give special recognition to Mr Hamisi. Some of our most enjoyable memories were the times spent playing pétanque with him and Athman. Their good humour, kindness, and enthusiasm made those afternoons a real highlight of our stay. It's staff members like these who transform a great hotel stay into something truly memorable.

The opportunity to have treatments by beautician Celine in the beautiful open-air beachside gazebo just steps from the Indian Ocean was magical and memorable listening to the gentle sound of the waves.

Ocean Village Club has mastered the art of understated luxury, offering exceptional service without ever feeling formal or pretentious. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return.

Butikowy hotel, który spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Przy samej plaży, doskonała obsługa, doskonała kuchnia, zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolacje. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje opiekunka naszego pokoju Aisha oraz manager Abdulsamad. Z pewnością jeszcze wrócimy.

Das Personal war unfassbar nett. Der Hotelmanager erkundigt sich jeden Tag nach dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und wirklich hochwertig und lecker. Super ruhiges Hotel, in dem man sich perfekt erholen kann.

Alles an dieser Unterkunft ist perfekt.
Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und fleißig. Die Lage ist unfassbar gut, direkt am Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen. Großes Lob auch an den Mitarbeiter, der sich so fleißig um die Handtücher und Unterlagen kümmert und somit für einen perfekten Strandtag sorgt. Das Essen war ebenfalls extrem gut, hier großes Lob an die Bedienung und Köche. An jeder Ecke Sorgen Gärtner für die makellose Anlage, auch für die Sicherheit wird auf wirksam gesorgt. Wirklich großes Lob an das gesamte Hotel. Extrem ruhig, erholsam und luxuriös - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I could not find fault with this hotel, We loved everything about it. The Staff were so happy and helpful that it actually lifted my own spirits. Food was good as was the service from all staff.

Min voksne sønn med litt tilrettelagte behov og jeg storkoste oss, alt var fantastisk, Personalet først og fremst, manager Abdulsamad som behandlet alle helt nydelig, og var alltid tilgjengelig. Nydelig stort rom, stranden, havet, hagen med apekatter og fugler. Vi håper å komme tilbake, tusen takk til dere alle,

Pobyt w hotelu przewyższył moje oczekiwania. To piękne, ciche i spokojne miejsce z miejscem do wylegiwania się na leżaku w części hotelowej oraz z dostępem do publicznej plaży. Posiłki są bardzo zróżnicowane (każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie) i smaczne. Obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Przemiła atmosfera i szybki kontakt z recepcją.

Simon was an excellent waiter—very attentive and professional, especially compared to other service staff in the restaurant who seemed uninterested and at times rude. The breakfast chefs in the morning were also very dedicated and made a great effort.

All the staff are incredibly welcoming and hospitable, the the gardeners to the Director. Service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing stay and being adults only made it even better

The property was quiet and peaceful. It was evident that they invest in training their staff to deliver excellent customer service. The meals were also outstanding.

The views were breathtaking, the staff was excellent from the concierge, restaurant, masseuse, bar, guest services and grounds team!! Everyone was lovely and extremely helpful. The team lead was always there to check if everything was in order!! We had the best time. Thank you to Abdul, Hasimi, Islam and Richard

Frukosten var underbar, fantastisk personal och utsikt över havet. Frukosten hade allt man kan önska sig. I vårt sällskap om fyra var vi två vegetarianer och en vegan. Fungerade utmärkt med den mat som serverades.

Minden tetszett, fantasztikus környezet, segítőkész személyzet.
