Exceptional service
Pros:

The whole experience was awesome. The receptionist Gillian Tracy and Peter were so welcoming and ever helpful. The hotel is near the shopping center which made it convenient as well.

Having spent, only one night , I can say it's fair
Pros:

The place is quite and warm.
The room was clean
The meal was okay though with limited varieties. A few of us were limited.

Pros:

The Location, close to everything what I need. The parking space. The security.

Cons:

The breakfast. No scrambled eggs, cheese, mandazi or pancakes.

The bathroom needs definitely an upgrade. Looks more old like on the pictures.

Positive Training Experience

It’s my second trip
Pros:

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast was well-prepared, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. It was especially helpful as I was in town for my NCLEX examination.
The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive, creating a calm and supportive environment. The property’s location is excellent — within walking distance to person VuE testing center and centrally located with access to numerous services, restaurants, and banks. It is also conveniently close to Sarit Mall, one of the largest malls in the city.
Security was reliable, and I felt safe at all times. I highly recommend this property, particularly for professionals or students visiting for exams.

best hotel experience in nairobi
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Zehneria Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff who were attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, making our stay very enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the bartender, Wycliff, who truly stood out with his professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service. He made our evenings memorable and added a personal touch to our experience, i also meet the general manager david mwaniki a very kind man.
Overall, Zehneria Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi.

A lovely and quiet hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Its a nice hotel. Very close to a large shoppingcentre. There was no road noise at night. All very quiet. The food was good en the staff very friendly.

Home away from Home lovely Experience
Pros:

I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Please also ask for Mr. David ( Best Hotel Manager eve) — he is always ready to resolve any issues and is very warm. The front desk team is excellent. The chef can prepare anything you desire. The location is very safe. I have visited and enjoyed extended stays here over the last three years. Come and feel right at home!!

Best experience thus far
Pros:

I must say this is the best outing because yet so far.
The ambience was superb, staffs were really cool and always wearing beautiful smiles and go the extra to make me feel at home. Most importantly the meals were all amazing, rooms were nice .

Pros:

Loved staying here. All the staff's were really friendly and helpful as we were visiting Nairobi from Nigeria

The food is also a 5-star.
