Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Nächte dort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab in den Zimmern Badewannen statt Duschen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war ok. Es gab löslichen Kaffee. Von den Temperaturen her, hätte man nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen können, aber der Lärm der nahe gelegenen Hauptstraße ließ das nicht zu. Aber es gab ja AC.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Frühstück!
Pros:

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, Zimmer mit Holzdecke. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption. Sehr umfangreiches, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Ums Eck befindet sich gleich ein kleiner Supermarkt/Spar. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ca. 25 Minuten. Gepäck kann nach dem Check-out noch problemlos aufbewahrt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in Bishkek sind!

В целом хороший отель. Но сервис страдает.

Отличное расположение, хорошие номера, отличное соотношение цены и качества

Cons:

Ее понравился Сервис со стороны сотрудника. Появилась новая девочка Вика, достаточно не гостеприимная. На завтраке в 10 часов сделала нам замечание, чтобы мы покинули кухню. Оставались там долго и не в первый раз, в очередной раз вернулись поздно и охранник сказал что оплатите, без этого ключ не даст от номера, хотя никто не собирался оттуда убегать. В общем, в этот раз разочарование, надеюсь, что исправятся.

十分に快適
Pros:

施設は綺麗で、空港との送迎を手配してくれた。
朝食も良かった。

The room was good

Cons:

But the experience with the staff was terrible. Specially the lady with the big lips in the reception was a horrible experience. Such a rudeness and unfriendly vibe. The guy in the reception organized a transport for us and go es the price for 2000 but next day. The price was 5500 without informing us. Oh no this is unaccaptable
