Pros:

La proximité de la gare même si s'y rendre à pied est très compliqué au vu des véhicules stationnés sur les trottoirs. Oubliez aussi les valises.

The location, everything that is advertised was spot on. Great staff.I have been there five times and I will continue using them every time I come. When I come through the door they recognize me right away.And they always are willing to go the extra mile as far as setting up other transportation or just regular site seeing. The breakfasts are always great, as usual. The kitchen is always clean. The staff works very hard to make sure everybody has a great spot to sit and there is no waiting for anything, they greet you at the door with a smile and they say Goodbye to you when you walk out, you cannot ask for anything better..

Cons:

That I could not stay longer.

Restful, affordable and reliable hotel as a base for my extended trip.
Pros:

Staff is wonderful and very helpful. They all speak English very well and will try and help you with whatever you want to know. The breakfast is very good with local khmer coffee and the room service is also good which supplies with bottled water every day.

Cons:

Beds are rock hard, as they are all over the country so it’s not unique. The finish details of the room were rough with missing trim on the bathroom door, and a miss-cut sink so the faucet water didn’t go straight in to the sink and instead ran all over the counter. It is a high humidity country so there were a couple roaches I saw as well. This is to be expected to a degree. Location is very busy but the room was quiet.

Quite ok except A/C. I had long extension cords.

- Not very good temperature control of A/C
- NO electrical outlets by the bed
- No electricity when we left (couldn’t charge any iteems)
