Pros:

The hotel is small but good - Staff very friendly. Very good option considering the price!

Cons:

WIFI connection can definitely be improved - I had to work during my stay and most of the time had to use the mobile data.

The hotel was good and the staff were friendly. The only problems were listed above
Pros:

Breakfast was often lukewarm, some mornings the buffet was unavailable and ordered food was very slow. We had dinner one night, it took over an hour to be served and the orders were all wrong.

Cons:

Airport pickup the vehicle broke down, we had to transfer to other vehicles. Then when we were going back to the airport, there was a mix up with vehicles and we had to wait for almost an hour. Only just arrived in time for our flight. The shower in our bathroom was only warm and after use the floor and sink were covered in water. Not enough lounges by the pool, by mid morning they were usually all taken for the rest of the day.

Hôtel très bien situé, et surtout très calme la nuit, pas de bruit.
Le petit déjeuner très correct et bon, varié.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et très disponible.

Cons:

Problème de connexion internet récurent et juste une suggestion des doubles rideaux plus opaques pour la nuit.

We have just stayed here for 2 nights with our friends which booked different reservation. We found the great hotel in the city center very clean, comfortable, and with good and nice facilities. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Parfait, l’hôtel est vraiment beau, les chambres sont confortables et c’est idéalement situé. Personnel au top

Anglais pas maîtrisé pour le personnel du restaurant ce qui fait qu’on a eu plusieurs erreurs de commande, nous avons mangé ce qu’on nous a servi car nous ne voulions pas gâché mais nous avons payé des plats que nous n’avions pas demandé.

Great place to stay and visit Angkor Temples

Great stay for short night at this hotel, the breakfast is very delicious and variety great location very closed to the city center and pub street, a lot of tour services as well as angkor wat tours temples floating villag, and many other places, but i only visit angkor wat temple because I stay only one night, and I will come back to stay at this hotel again,
