Pros:

L’emplacement, le calme et la chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner : très peu de choix, pas très bon.
La piscine : beaucoup de produits qui piquent les yeux et irritent la peau !
Le menage n’était pas vraiment fait d’un jour à l’autre (juste les lits)
Pas de lumière dans la zone salle de bain dans la grande pièce (au-dessus des lavabos).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious everything was well-prepared with fresh, flavorful ingredients and we looked forward to breakfast every day. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The location is ideal, close to excellent restaurants and attractions, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. We would return without hesitation!

Convenient location in Siem Reap
Pros:

The location is convenient for many activities. Apsara theatre, where one can watch the Apsara dance show, is very close by. There are a couple of good vegetarian restaurants within walking distance. Cross the river, and you are on your way to the night market and pub street, which you can also walk to. The room had a sitting area and a worktable with a chair, which is good. The staff at the reception, and also the restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool on the property which looked clean. Overall, it is a very good hotel.

Cons:

The lighting! The level was low in room. Even more so in the wash area, that I did not feel it convenient to shave. I do not know if it a power-saving thing, but I did feel uncomfortable with this one aspect. This is something the management needs to address without fail, in my opinion. You don't have to make it bright like an operation theatre in a hospital, but the level of lighting should be sufficient.

El hotel en general está descuidado, da sensación de sucio y dejado. La piscina estaba sucia.
Las camas individuales son fijas y no las puedes juntar.
Al lado hay un bar en el que se escuchaba mucho jaleo y musica fuerte hasta altas horas.

Pros:

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans la suite Central Corner. Son emplacement est fantastique : en plein centre-ville. La chambre était spacieuse et d'une propreté impeccable, avec accès à la piscine. Le personnel a été très aimable et serviable tout au long de mon séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y tenían todo lo necesario. El desayuno era bueno y la comida deliciosa. El hotel tiene un ambiente encantador y el personal fue muy amable y atento. Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia.

Je suis reparti pleinement satisfait et apaisé, grâce à la chaleur et à la gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel tout au long de mon séjour. Het hotel en het personeel waren absoluut fantastisch; we hebben echt niets aan te merken op ons verblijf. De locatie is perfect. Het zwembad is prachtig met een geweldige poolbar die tot 22:00 uur open blijft, en onze kamer was ruim, schoon en zeer comfortabel.

Das gesamte Personal hier ist wirklich fantastisch. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter, dem wir begegneten, war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und stets freundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an bis zur Abreise rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Poolbereich ist traumhaft, mit einer tollen Swim-up-Bar, die bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist, und exzellenten Cocktails. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, blitzsauber und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Palmen. Ein wirklich tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein brandneues Hotel in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage.
