A wonderful stay in Siem Reap
Pros:

This is an older hotel, but it’s very comfortable. The bed is good, the shower works well, and the overall stay was pleasant.
The location is excellent. There’s a market nearby and a newly opened mall, and it’s about an 800-meter walk to Pub Street and the Night Market. It’s also very easy to get a tuk-tuk to the main temples, such as Angkor Wat.
Watching the sunrise at Angkor Wat was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a memory I’ll keep forever. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The sauna, however, was not working during my stay.

Alles in allem gutes Hotel :)
Pros:

Super nette Mitarbeiter, im ganzen Hotel.
Bis zu pub street ca 12 min zu Fuß.
Alles sehr sauber, und Zimmer in gutem zustand.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet leider nicht gut.
Hatte erst ein Zimmer an der Straße, das war etwas laut (bin da aber auch empfindlich).

Charming young man who showed us to the room but unable to help with balcony issue
Found Khmer Pub Street - quite close

Cons:

Specifically booked a room with a balcony but didn’t get one - had to go back to the front desk to show them my booking details. Waited for 2 hours while the air con was apparently being fixed in another room before I could move room which was very dusty and minibar not stocked
No balcony furniture
Breakfast poor quality for the price so only ate there 1 day
Very expensive laundry service - they charge per item not by weight so about 3 times price paid elsewhere
Far too few loungers around pool

Lovely
Pros:

Excellent location and very good staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to everything, 15 minutes away from Angkor Wat. Chong from the reception was very friendly and gave helpful advice, all the staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A nice place to stay but could be really good with a bit more effort.
Pros:

This could be such a good hotel but it is tired. It is a good location, has a lovely lobby and comfortable rooms, though it was difficult to stop the shower water spreading all over the floor. The pool is also lovely but spoilt by the dirty, wet ground around it. The breakfast is ok. The lobby is lovely and comfortable and the staff are pleasant though how much they understand when you ask for things is unclear.

Cons:

The ground round the pool area. The pool area doubles as a terrace for the restaurant and is very pleasant with lots of plants but the ground is not kept clean. In the afternoon the plants had clearly been watered but no effort made to mop up the excess water. It was also clear that the ground is never cleaned as the resultant water was very dirty meaning that walking round the pool area it was difficult to keep ones feet dry or clean. I would suggest watering the plants after breakfast and then mopping the whole area so that the ground is clean for those who wish to lounge/swim at the pool later.
There was also a need to keep the pool towels stocked and provide a basket for those that have been used.
A Happy Hour was also advertised but it was unclear to what this applied.

The location was amazing, the staff were the best we’ve had so far! Breakfast was yummy and so cheap, the room was clean

An excellent property to stay with.
Pros:

The Location is zsuperb, on the main road, close to a shopping arcade, easy to travel from. The outlook of the property is great, the room quite large and comfortable. The Reception staff and the housekeeping staff had been excellent and very responsive. Check out and check in had been very smooth.
