There is no bidet spray and have more cockroach.
Location was fine. The shower was hot and had great water pressure.
The whole building smells like cigarette smoke unfortunately which we didn’t enjoy. It would’ve been nice if anyone at the front desk spoke English. TVs only had Chinese channels.
Large room,very quiet and soundproof.
The staff including reception, cleaning and management where all very pleasant and helpful.
The location is a bit further out than I would have liked so tuk tuks everywhere where essential. My room although nice and big had a serious problem with cockroach infestation. After the first few nights I'd seen them and could here them moving around. I asked for my room to be cleaned and after just one more day they returned.
Upon arrival (I stayed for 4weeks) I was told I had to pay $300 deposit upfront in cash! I wasn't prepared for that and they then informed me that I would be charged for electric and water during my stay. Ok but these things should have been made aware of at the time of booking.
The room had no towels and no toiletries of any kind and in order for your room to be cleaned you had to tell front of house otherwise, nothing.
The walls are literally paper thin, you can hear everything from the adjoining apartments....and I do mean EVERYTHING. Beware of this as I had many nights that I couldn't sleep til after 4/5am.
All the facilities work very well. The windows have double glass, something perfect to avoid noise from the street.

Staff very friendly and easy to communicate with during our stay. Location close to shopping, restaurants and quiet room. Excellent AC and bathroom clean with hot water and pressure. Large room with good lighting.

The room was very large and perfectly clean. More importantly it was high up from the street and was soundproof why it was very quiet.
