Best hotel I’ve stayed in for years.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the place. My room was huge and comfortable. The mattress and pillows I’d like at home.
The staff were wonderful and I ate a meal at all 3 restaurants which I would not normally do. The food was superb in all 3.
Breakfast was exceptional. I would go back to Astana just to stay there again.

La grande baie vitrée.

Cons:

La salle de bain déstructurée, avec le lavabo dans le couloir, et on ne peut rien poser. On ne sait pas où accrocher sa serviette.
