На улице плюс 33 градуса- а в номере не работает кондиционер, жара адская, плохо жить и плохо спать, больше никогда там не остановлюсь, заказывал номер люкс- выдали полулюкс, просил поменять номер - на другой- где работает кондиционер- не дали
проблема с кондиционером очень большая. он не тянет охлаждение. в комнате в последний день было 29 градусов

В спа очень странный персонал. Не дали полотенца. Сказали идти брать в номере, ну такое. Очень жарко в номере, кондиционер очень сильно гудит, но почти не охлаждает

The hotel is in a good location, and there are restaurants on-site where you can have dinner. That’s where the advantages end.
I arrived at 6:20 AM and was charged 50% of the room rate for an early check-in, yet I was still made to wait until 7:00 AM.
There was no hot water in the room, and I was not informed about this issue in advance. The main reason I paid for early check-in was to take a shower and get ready after my trip. The hot water was unavailable for more than 36 hours, and the hotel did absolutely nothing to address the situation. No compensation was offered, nor was the early check-in charge waived or refunded.
Housekeeping was also below standard. There were unidentified items left under the bed, toiletries were not properly replenished, and there were no slippers in the room. Fortunately, I had my own.
The hotel does not meet five-star standards in any way. The location is good, and there are restaurants on-site where you can have dinner. Beyond that, I found very little to justify its rating.
