Pros:

Ίσως το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο που εχω μείνει. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και ευγενέστατοι. Το πρωινό τους νοστιμότατο. Αυτο το ξενοδοχέιο αναβαθμίζει την εμπειρία του ταξιδιού στην υπέροχη πολη της Αστάνας.

Pros:

Fint och modernt boende i bra läge. Fint område och bra promenadstråk.

Cons:

Trots att det verkligen inte är gammalt kändes delar av rummet rätt slitet och vissa eluttag fungerade inte.

Pros:

The staffs are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with what I needed during my stay (calling cabs, help with cash withdrawal etc). The room is spacious, the sauna was great visually and functionally. In room dining was 10/10 in terms of taste.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like much was on the dining menu, they had the steak price at 100grams. But the actual dish is 4 times that price, due to the steak weight they chose and I wasn’t aware of it. Price was high considering it’s Kazakhstan. But delicious regardless.

Lovely room, great restaurants but very bad air con.
Pros:

Our hotel room was absolutely stunning, we had a great view too. The restaurants and bars inside were top class.

Cons:

The room was far too hot. It was 26.5 degrees in our room at night. The air con did not work properly. When I reported this, staff immediately brought up a portable air con unit, but this was ineffective too. The lack of effective air con really let the hotel down.
