За такую цену пойдёт, если сон крепкий, так как поезда проходят каждые 10 минут. Завтраки на 3/10
Pros:

Чисто, уютно, если приезжаешь/уезжаешь на поезде, то месторасположение удобное.

Cons:

Слабые завтраки, жд линия прям за окном, поезда слышны очень хорошо в комнате.

Pros:

Отличное место, остались в полном восторге!
​В отеле очень чисто, есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания: в номере халаты, тапочки, полный гигиенический набор (гель, шампунь, зубная щётка и паста), чайник, телевизор, а на этаже установлен кулер с водой.
​Отдельно хочется отметить завтрак («шведский стол») — на первом этаже можно выбрать всё, что душе угодно: каша, картошка по-домашнему, сосиски, курица, яйца, салаты, соки, чай и многое другое. Всё очень вкусно!
​Расположение супер! Для нас было критически важно находиться недалеко от ж/д вокзала: такси от отеля до вокзала обошлось всего в 350 тенге. До центра на такси тоже доехали быстро и недорого.
​Персонал невероятно доброжелательный. Мы приехали поздно ночью, но нас заселили быстро и без каких-либо проблем.
​Обязательно вернёмся ещё! Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! ❤️

Pros:

Location nuova e stanze pulite e molto confortevoli. Ottima colazione. Staff sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Bisognerebbe avere delle strisce pedonali più vicine per un attraversamento più sicuro della strada e dei marciapiedi più ampi.

Sehr enttäuschend, obwohl die Bewertungen bei der Buchung sehr gut waren.
Pros:

Kann ich nicht beantworten. Gefallen hat mir fast nichts.

Cons:

Service, Frühstücksbuffet, Personal. Frühstück nur ab acht Uhr und immer das gleiche Spiegelei, gekochte Eier, Würstchen, Haferschleim keine Wurst oder Käse. Wer früher als acht Uhr gehen muss bleibt ohne Frühstück.
Am erstem Tag sind wir gegen neun Uhr gekommen war nur Spiegelei zu haben. Gemüse und Würstchen waren weg.
Das Frühstücksbuffet passte auf einen Küchentisch ca. 2 Meter lang. Einmal war die Milch zum Kaffee zu Ende, auf die Bitte etwas Milch zu bringen, hat die Frau in Ruhe das Geschirr von den Tischen weggeräumt und etwas später die Milch gebracht. Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte schlecht, als ich das bemängelt habe passierte nichts, die Klimaanlage funktionierte bis ende des Aufenthalts nicht richtig.

Comfortable but too expensive for what you actually get.
Pros:

The Hotel is very close to the train station and the city is also very reachable. Also the bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with a minibar and quite a lot of storage. The whole room was very clean.

Cons:

- The TV inside the room did not function well (image wasn‘t sharp and sound was very bad)
- The water inside the shower took at least 5 minutes to get warm
- Breakfast: The second day it was tasty and very nice. The first day it was very disappointing and really bad: One hour before the end of the official breakfast time there were only some pieces of hard (!) bread, a few eggs and two cold potato wedges left. Even though the staff saw and acknowledged us, apart from a few slices of ham, they made no effort to provide a proper breakfast.
- There was no cleaning service at all and only one already half-used toilet paper inside the bathroom. It is quite sad, that the guests have to ask at the reception for more toilet paper…
Very disappionting, especially for the price.

Комфортный отель за приемлемую цену
Pros:

Ранее уже останавливался в этом отеле. И оставлял положительный отзыв. Поэтому заселился повторно.
Отель не стал хуже. Такой же как и раньше приветливый персонал. Чистый номер без посторонних запахов. Чистое, свежее постельное белье и удобная кровать. В душевой хороший набор принадлежностей - шампунь, гель для душа, лосьон, мыло, зубная щетка, также полотенца и халат. Мини бар. Завтрак (шведский стол) не сильно разнообразный, но вкусный и сытный.

Cons:

Единственный на мой взгляд минус это то что рядом ЖД пути и ночью (окно выходило на них) пришлось закрыть окно, чтобы шум от поездов не мешал спать. Но с закрытым окном было комфортно спать с кондиционером. Так что это не испортило проживание.

завтрак скудный - овсяная каша, яичница и сосиски. кисломолочка, творог, фрукты отсутствовали. круассаны самые дешевые, тесто непохоже на слоеное
