Хорошо, но могло бы быть лучше
Pros:

Расположение, територия, двор, завтрак, бассейн. Уборка номера хорошая, отзывчивый персонал. В номерах в главном корпусе очень тепло осенью (конец октября).

Диван-кровать комфортный.Матрацы приятные.

Cons:

Нет гигенического душа в санузлах, нет вентелятора в вентеляции, не берите номера, в котором есть межномерная дверь,ибо соседи могут попасться шумные, как в нашем случае. Негде подогреть еду.

Два лифта мало.

Из-за осенних каникул,цены выше были даже, чем было летом.

Стандарт номера слишком маленькие.

В СПА СМЕШАННЫЕ ПАРИЛКИ. ЭТО ОЧЕНЬ НЕПРИЕМЛИМО. ЛАДНО, БАССЕЙН ОБЩИЙ, НО ПАРИЛКИ, ХАМАМЫ ДОЛЖНЫ БЫТЬ ОТДЕЛЬНО ДЛЯ ЖЕНЩИН И МУЖЧИН!

Cons:

1. В ресторане Шанырак вечером тупо небыло почти ничего что можно было бы покушать.
2. Поход в бассейн это просто какой то ужас. Такое ощущение что гостей было намного больше чем расчитан данный бассейн в отеле. Очень душно было. В душевых на полу не работают сливы.

Территория шикарная! Очень красиво и уютно все. Приятный персонал. В номере все чисто.

Cons:

Не удобные подушки. К сожалению впервые столкнулась с неудобными подушками в отеле. Сильная слышимость из соседних номеров, как будто бы с соседями собирались на завтрак. Жила не в основном корпусе, при бронировании не обратила на это внимание, может в этом дело. На завтраке не хватало посуды и некоторые позиции, когда закончились не добавлялись.

Завтрак ужасный , ждали стол 20 минут так как один официант убирался, бокалы кончились и не несли совсем , в амлете отказали , так как не хватает поваров, да и блюда стали так себе , думаю это 3 звезды не более уже

Место нахождения, вкусный завтрак, чистый номер, суперский спа

Cons:

Наш сын порезался об ржавый шуруп находящийся в кресле который стоит в холле. Думаю отелю нужно делать ревизию мебели

Расположение. Вкусные завтраки. Хамам. Хороший грузинскийресторан на 8 этаже

Cons:

Бассеин, финская и русская сауны были одинаковой температуры, в номере не было главного света, был только торшерный.
