понравились: красивый вид на город и парк, наличие балкона, приветливый персонал, чистота

Cons:

однозначно слабый сингал wifi, в середине номера уже сигнал почти нулевой, а чем дальше от коридора, то не ловит ни телефон, ни ноутбук. Завтраки хорошие, но разнообразия мало и, что странно, всегда холодные продукты (глазунья, омлет, сосиски) даже, когда их только приносят с кухни. хоть бы разогрели перед подачей....

An alcohol free hotel with a great view and delicious restaurant with some issues to be addressed.
Pros:

Nice location in Shymkent City (a newly developing district of Shymkent). Nice view, great restaurant on site (Sandyq) and modern Kazakh brasserie (Tary) where breakfast is served. Gym has all needed equipment and weights in excellent condition (Technogym) although a bit small. Rooms are decent size and have a good layout. The rooms and bathrooms seemed clean with white towels and bath robes.

Cons:

Swimming pool is dirty: hair in the water, greenish residue on the bottom where you could see foot marks, which means it has not been cleaned for a quite awhile. Disgusting. The men’s changing room needs periodical cleaning. Showers in men’s the changing room have drainage issue and also require regular cleaning.
Service is spotty, had to call for bottled water three times.
The reception could not provide the bill (receipts) at checkout.
Toiletries in the bathroom are very generic and OK quality.
This hotel may tick all the boxes for a 5 start hotel, but it will never rate 5 star in my book.
