Pros:

Отель очень хороший. Завтраки просто супер! А в каком месте, как приятно утром есть на террасе и смотреть на город. Персонал вежливый. Все очень понравилось. Рекомендую! Утром я выезжала и мне приготовили ланч-бокс, я ни в одной стране такого не видела. Что только не положили и еще кофе. Спасибо огромное!

Очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле! С первых минут ощущается невероятно теплая, дружелюбная атмосфера и сплоченность коллектива. Персонал всегда быстро реагировал на любые просьбы, был внимателен и доброжелателен.
Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный вид из номера, отличную шумоизоляцию и ежедневную качественную уборку — в номере всегда было чисто и уютно.
Завтраки в кафе «Тары» превзошли все ожидания: каждый день всё было свежим и вкусным.
Особенно мне понравился бассейн — очень чистый, ухоженный и комфортный. С удовольствием посещала его каждый день. 😊
Спасибо всему персоналу за высокий уровень сервиса, заботу и гостеприимство! Обязательно вернусь снова и с удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям и близким.

The hotel is generally good. The location is excellent, with three large parks nearby and easy access to the city center. The views are beautiful. The hotel also offers a pool, gym, and spa. The breakfast is fantastic

The only downside is that the price-to-quality ratio could be better. The beds, furniture, and bathroom fixtures show noticeable signs of wear and could benefit from renovation.
One thing to pay attention to is the occupancy policy. If you book a suite for three guests, it is worth confirming in advance whether there is an additional charge for the third bed, even if the room already includes it. In my case, an extra fee was initially charged, but the hotel later contacted me and refunded the amount, which I appreciated.

Хаускипинг 🙄 не доверия посетителям( там не было салфеток и бумаги ) позвонила на ресепшен, принесли но они зайдя хотеле посмотреть типо там было как нет деп😏 была 4 дня на отдыхе только такая проблема

Cons:

При заезде не было холодной воды в номере, так я прожила сутки в номере, где даже не могла умыться и принять душ, так как шла только горячая вода.

При заезде попросили документы и чеки, сказали что выдадут при выезде. На следующий день подошла еще раз на ресепшен и напомнила о документах.
При выезде не выдали ни фискальный чек ни акт выполненных работ. Очень неприятная ситуация, так как необходимо предоставить документы в бухгалтерию, для закрытия командировочной поездки.
Ни извинений, ни обратной связи от сотрудников отеля.
Сервис оставляет желать лучшего.
До этого останавливалась в отеле Pana все прошло идеально, при заезде сразу выдали чеки и через пару часов подготовили документы, здесь же пришлось выпрашивать и так и не получилось их забрать. Хотя при 100% оплате чеки по закону должны сразу выдавать
