Нужна была гостиница чтобы переночевать в дороге. Отдохнуть не удалось потому что дно кровати было сломано в нескольких

ТАРАКАНЫ! ТАРАКАНЫ И ЕЩЁ РАЗ ТАРАКАНЫ!
Персонал не совсем адекватны, начали выселять с 9-30 утра.
Мебель, сантехника, линолеум, кафель в ужасном состоянии. Люди переплатите 2 тысячи тенге и вы получите условия в 1000 раз лучше. Не рекомендую. Очень пожалел. Жаль что выяснил про другие гостиницы на следующий день. Вода со смесителя течёт желтая.... Делайте выводы сами.

Чистота и вежливый персонал. Неудобство нет кондиционеров, нет зубных щеток,нет тапочек одноразовых не работают телевизоры вайфай плохо работает.

Great Value. Above and Beyond
Pros:

Very friendly staff indeed. There is ample parking on-site and nearby, and a casual restaurant within where breakfast is also served. The staff were really kind and helpful, assisting me in booking an onward shared taxi to the next city. There is an elevator too, and with all things considered, for the price paid, the stay was good and the value, excellent.

Pros:

Interesting old Soviet-style hotel. Very spacious suite (with 2 bathrooms!) and lots of '50s- furniture. Friendly staff. We liked the experience, but if you want 'modern', might not be the place for you. Great location near a pretty park. Walking distance to most sights. Good burger place across the street (Mr. Pepper)
