Short work related stay
Pros:

Bed; bathtube; Barman - his coffee and service were great. Reception was reacting fast to live requests. The waiters in the restaurant seemed to deal well with unsatisfied guest (it was me).

Cons:

I must say I really like this hotel and was staying here multiple times. I am leaving this comment that hotel can put a higher focus on hygiene and maybe use their own resources (restaurant) better. Normally rooms were always clean and I trust that this time something went wrong. Please fix it because I am going to stay in your hotel again next time :)
1) The Cleanliness of the room: i had someone’s balloons in my room, curtains that were out of their rail, as well as someone’s toothstick laying behind the night drawyer; someone’s hair in the bathtube; some of shower gel bottles seemed to have used labeling; only towels for the full body and no towels for the face; May be that there is shortage of the stuff and maybe just more control needed on the quality of their work.
2) Restaurant food - I don’t want to go into the details here. But it can certainly be better. Maybe it is worth to focus on local, fresh products rather than european cuisine with protein that has been frozen and unfrozen many times (fish). To make sure food looks as close as possible to the picture in the menu. As an example beetroot salad was amazing = local food. Salmon was uneatable.
3) please buy new ironing boards - the one delivered to my room looked not good.
4) Please put the pricelist of spa services in the rooms (massages with clear pricing).

Cons:

В ванной, таракан или жук. Пыль над феном, так еще фен не работает. Ковровое покрытие не чистое. Одноразовая бритва не лучшего качества. Порезался при бритье.
