В целом в остальном все было отлично .

Все отлично ,вежливый персонал .

При заезде в номере было грязно лежали окурки ,спустилась на ресепшен и сказала об этом .убрали

Несмотря на то, что отель большой, чувствуется уютно и обстановка домашняя, без пафоса. Персонал дружелюбный, ребята все простые, скромные. Нам надо было покормить ребенка в 5.30 утра. Я попросила, мне принесли завтрак. Экстра полотенца, тапочки, вода, утюг, всё что просила, всегда пожалуйста.

Наконец-то появилась на завтраке кофемашина

Cons:

Баня не работала, в прошлом году было страшно садиться, ощущение было что полки разваляться, в этом году полки были новые, но каждый день ( в течении пяти дней)обещали её включить, но по виду сама печка была сломана и ржавой и требовала замену... В бане так и не попарились
