Although the lady at the staff at arival was very nice, I wondered about the policy of the staff next day. 6 hours after checking out I was asked to pay two extra coffee I had at the inclusive breakfast. Nobody told me I had to pay for them, also not when checking out. I would not ask a customer to come back and pay such a small amount. Not really good service, more over as it was not a fault of mine. As I was still in town I went and paid, but I was really amazed. Never experienced such a thing.

Место шикарное. Отель очень уютный. Ресторан внизу на 12 из 10. Персонал, качество блюд, размер порций
Завтрак очень питательный и вкусный. Ребята официанты обходительны и вежливы

Хорошее расположение.

Cons:

Пришла без 5 минут до 8 утра( завтрак) попыталась объяснит, , что завтрак не нужен только кофе т к надо выезжать, на что Аян с недовольным лицом сказал, что ничего не работает с таким выражением лица, что даже уже и завтрак не нужен был. Отвратительный персонал в ресторане Аян и девушка Ева, сидела за столом все слышала, но сделала вид, что ничего не поняла. Только из-за такого хамства, однозначно не стоит возвращаться в этот отель.

Красивая территория. Звукоизоляция хорошая. Кухня очень вкусная. Персонал очень внимательный, вежливый и учтивый. Расположение рядом с парком. При поездке с детьми, можно хорошо погулять. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Обновляли воду на 2 персоны, по 0.5л. Мне и семье очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Вернёмся обязательно.

Хороший отель, рядом с парком, вкусный завтрак, в номере есть все необходимое. Было бы круто, если бы добавили в номер чайник и принадлежности для чая
