Красивый отель, очень удачное расположение рядом с парком.
Вкусные завтраки.
Неверная информация указанная при бронировании, у меня был забронирован номер с завтраками 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка, при заселении просили доплатить за 2 завтрака, но потом убедившись, что в бронирование нет этой информации, не стали брать оплату.
Жили в номере на 1 этаже, было очень шумно, чувствовался запах сигарет. Так как персонад и гости курят рядом.
Очень скрипучие кровати( просто любое движение вызывает неприятные звуки(
Завтрак нам подвали 45 минут, сначала кофе, который остыл, потом вынесли блины, а уже потом каши и яйца. Считаю в отеле при ограниченном выборе блюд, это очень долго( посадка была далеко не полная.

1.Розеток у кроватей нет.
2. Слив в душевой забит и приходится умываться стоя по щиколотку в воде.
3. Завтраки только по меню.
4. Очень слабый WiFi
5. Нет вешалок для рубашек.
7. Отказались оставить в номере, когда хотел продлить еще на один день и предложили перебраться в другой номер, мотивируя это тем, что какого-то гостя от «директора» уже разместили в моем номере.

Big rooms, clean, good location
Although the lady at the staff at arival was very nice, I wondered about the policy of the staff next day. 6 hours after checking out I was asked to pay two extra coffee I had at the inclusive breakfast. Nobody told me I had to pay for them, also not when checking out. I would not ask a customer to come back and pay such a small amount. Not really good service, more over as it was not a fault of mine. As I was still in town I went and paid, but I was really amazed. Never experienced such a thing.

Пришла без 5 минут до 8 утра( завтрак) попыталась объяснит, , что завтрак не нужен только кофе т к надо выезжать, на что Аян с недовольным лицом сказал, что ничего не работает с таким выражением лица, что даже уже и завтрак не нужен был. Отвратительный персонал в ресторане Аян и девушка Ева, сидела за столом все слышала, но сделала вид, что ничего не поняла. Только из-за такого хамства, однозначно не стоит возвращаться в этот отель.
