Pros:

Заезжаю во второй раз. Очень чисто, номера классные ( были и в стандартном номере и в люкс) персонал вежливый, приветливый.
Завтраки очень вкусные.
Рекомендую!

The facility is nice.

Cons:

The service was disappointing. I have contacted the hotel several before arrival to confirm that my breakfast will be packed because I have to leave early in the morning. They promised me things will be arranged and I double checked upon arrival too. No breakfast for me the next morning and they ignored my complaint. During my stay I also asked the receptionist if I can borrow their adapter for a few hours in my room, they requested me to charge my phone at their table which was really not pleasant. People who work there can hardly speak english, just keep in mind.

В очередной раз остановились в гостинице «Альтаир» в Шымкенте и остались очень довольны! ❤️
Отдельно хочется отметить девушек на ресепшене. Очень вежливые, приветливые и внимательные! Всегда готовы помочь, ответить на любые вопросы в любое время суток.
И, конечно, отдельная похвала завтракам - всё очень вкусно и эстетично красиво.
Спасибо всему персоналу гостиницы «Альтаир» за гостеприимство, заботу и комфорт. Очень приятно приезжать туда, где тебя встречают с улыбкой и создают все условия для хорошего отдыха. Обязательно будем рекомендовать гостиницу и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова!
