Fantastic staff and great hotel - Highly recommended
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, they helped me with my train reservations; would not have managed without their help. Thank you Renata and Aizari (hope I spelled it right), You guys were amazing.
The hotel is on a quiet street, the room was big, clean, a great breakfast. A very nice stay all around.

Cons:

Everything was excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast is pre-ordered and delivered to your room. I booked mine for 7am and it didn’t arrive. At 7.20am I contacted reception who said I could go to the restaurant next door who supplied the breakfast. I did go next door but it was closed! Ended up not having breakfast.

Nicht zufrieden für den Preis.
Pros:

Zimmer sauber und Bett bequem.
Eigentlich Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Großteil des Personals sprach kein Englisch.
Wir hatten mehrere Stunden Stromausfall, es gab keinen Notstrom oder Generator.
Am ersten Morgen wurde ich geweckt, da Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde und sie mich nicht gefragt hatten, wann ich frühstücken möchte (wegen der Sprachbarriere).
Der Boden in der Dusche ist uneben, das Wasser fließt nicht vollständig ab und bleibt teilweise in der Dusche.

Отель "Альтаир" максимально предоставили комфорт и уют, что очень важно для проживания.
Pros:

Как командировочному человеку для меня ценно время. Очень удобно что заезд в любое время, не надо подстраиваться под режим отеля, то есть отель подстраивается под гостя. Девушки-администраторы приветливые и красивые. Чистота идеальная. Под мой приезд заранее включили кондиционер. Забота о клиенте выше похвал. Завтрак включён, очень вкусно. Понравился SPA, времени к сожалению не хватило. Отель для отдыха тоже хорош. Нет суеты, нет шума. Благодарю. Рекомендую.

Pros:

К сожалению завтрак попробовать не удалось, уехали рано утром до завтрака в 7 утра. В номере чисто, большая душевая кабина, есть халаты и все нужные принадлежности. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Не повезло с соседями, пол ночи ходили в коридор, в 5 утра включали музыку :(

Pros:

Останавливались с мужем на 2-е суток. Персонал заранее уточнил время пребывания и сразу по приезду заселил в номер. Также по моей просьбе мне было предоставлено видео/фото имеющихся 2-х местных номеров. Хочу отметить приветливый персонал. Также очень вкусные завтраки. Так как у нас был ранний рейс на самолет, я попросила принести завтрак в номер к 7-ми часам утра. Спасибо большое отелю, что пошли на встречу.

Cons:

Из минусов могу отметить, что не было напора воды в душе, что приносило дискомфорт и освещение в номере было темное. В остальном все хорошо.
