I believe facilities advertised in Booking .com website to be available to use
Pros:

They helped me for late check in process and taxi hire when checked out and I appreciate that.

Cons:

As advertised in Bookings .com a Kettle to be available for use .But no kettle was in the room.
Access to my room via many narrow corridors runs around the building. We came with few baggage's and it is not an easy task.
