Pros:

Everything was exceptional - perfect location and beautiful rooms. Food was delicious and the best breakfasts of our entire trip. Staff were very friendly and extremely efficient - you’re own personal butler! Just fantastic.

Best place to stay in Sri Lanka.
Pros:

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka. The sea is calm for swimming, but also good for belly surfing (hotel provides). There are some small restaurants near by ( Sea Dragon was the best one we tried).

Breakfast was good, they give you a menu and you can keep ordering whatever you like (I liked their banana bread :) )

Cons:

I still would give property a 10, but maybe some more activities to spend the time would be good. Maybe like table tennis or small pool table would be nice to have.

Nearby town is 10min drive- if you want to go grocery or some restaurant.

Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful and the chance to stay in such an architectural house was memorable. We had a room with our own private courtyard, which gave us the benefit of being able to arrange a massage in privacy. The property was beautifully maintained.

Being footsteps from a secluded beach was also wonderful.

Paradise - as simple as that
Pros:

Great location at a very quiet beach.
We were upgraded to the Master suite - huge and very comfortable 4-poster bed with impeccable mosquito netting. Simply stunning and enormous. To be mentioned that there are no glass windows but sliding wooden shutters.
Lovely garden with ample space, parading peacocks. Wonderful staff, great cooking.
Thank you for making our stay unforgettable - we will back in due time!

Une maison signée Bawa, c'est plus qu'une maison: c'est un mode de vie....qui nous a charmé!
Pros:

Une adresse intimiste où l'on se sent de suite chez soi. Une décoration soignée et raffinée dans le moindre détail.
Chaque élément est à sa place. Tout est pensé pour apaiser l'âme et le corps. Personnel discret et attentionné. Cuisine savoureuse.

Nous avons tout aimé : le lieux et son architecture, le calme, le confort des chambres, la plage quasi privée, la piscine, les petits déjeuners , la gentillesse du personnel, le design des espaces communs.

Cons:

Devoir quitter ce lieux magique est la seule chose que nous n'avons pas apprécié. Mais nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Pros:

Exclusive. Perfect for a special way to begin or end your trip in Sri Lanka. We celebrated our anniversary here. Staff was having butler service. The architecture and space right in front of a private beach with wild monkeys, peacocks, and birds on the property were awe inspiring.
