Ideaal als je een betaalbaar hotel aan het strand wil
Pros:

Zicht op rustige Strand van Dickwella was fantastisch. Voor het hotel is een klein volleybal veldje. Bij de bar konden we een bal regelen. Zeer proper. Personeel was echt vriendelijk. Hiriketiya Beach is niet zo ver. zeker wel de moeite om te verblijven. Wij zouden zo terug boeken.

Cons:

Eerder kleinigheden. De douche heeft geen afscherming waardoor bij het douchen de toilet nat kan worden. Het handdoek rekje was los. Licht aan het verouderen,

Great hotel on a beautiful beach.
Pros:

This is lovely hotel. The entrance is right off the main road but you wouldn't know it when you step through the other side to the beautiful beach which is accessible directly from the hotel. The rooms are nice but a little dated, however, this adds to the charm. The shower was warm. The food was good and had a nice choice for all meals (additional payment required for these). The hotel did some laundry for us (additional charge) and it was back within 24 hours. We loved our stay here for 3 nights and wish we had bit longer.

Great location and staff, but rooms could use an upgrade
Pros:

The beach is awesome

Cons:

Food is very bad and expensive, they don’t even have Basmathi rice, to be honest food aren’t worth the money we paid.

Convenient 10 minute walk to Hiriketeya
Pros:

Beautiful view and position right on the beach

Cons:

Stained sheet on bed - only discovered when we woke up the 1st morning (arrived late at night in a blackout)
Room size did not match the photos.
1 accessible power point only in the room
Broken towel rail in bathroom
Kettle provided - no tea, coffee etc (or power point to plug into)
Staff began around 8am so you couldn't buy a coffee or tea

Pros:

We loved the restaurant and all the sun loungers right on the beach, loved our room which was very clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The food was also good. My husband wouldn't forgive me if I didn't mention how much he loved the proximity to the volleyball net which is just right on the beach, he got to play every day!

Cons:

All these are minor complaints but the water pressure wasn't great, wifi didn't reach the room, was a little noisy at night. All small things that we really didn't mind at all but that might be harder to navigate for some.

Friendly staff, great location right on the beach and a very short walk to Hiriketiya. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons:

There were quite a few ants in the bathroom and no maid service. Ultimately not an issue though and would stay again.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach und für den Preis in Ordnung. Der Balkon war weniger toll (Klimaanlage laut und tropft, etwas heruntergekommen). Dafür ist der Aussenbereich vom Hotel sehr sauber und schön. Direkt am Strand mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Excellent staff and location
Pros:

Beachfront property with amazing staff that catered to questions and needs. They also organised a scooter during our stay and available laundry.

Cons:

The property is dated, with an unfortunate smell in the rooms/bathrooms. Unfortunately the bed was also very uncomfortable. Poor wifi connection to any of the rooms. Lots of dogs that unfortunately barked all night.
