Couldn’t fault this lovely place and staff!
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff and lovely room with a comfortable bed. Peaceful location. Food was fantastic. I had pre booked a safari and was told I had the best guide - and he was! We thoroughly enjoyed the safari and learned a lot about the birds and various animals we saw. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed 2 to enjoy the facilities and tranquility more!

The staff are amazing.
Our room was fantastic and the location was ideal.
We had breakfast lunch and dinner at the property and it was delicious.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gut gefallen, sehr nah am Eingang des Udawalawe Parks. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut ausgestattet und der Pool und das Restaurant toll, sauber und gepflegt. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen, war wir gar nicht mehr gewohnt waren. Besonderes hervorzuheben ist aber das soooo freundliche Personal. Obwohl wir bereits vor der Safari ausgeheckt haben, durften wir den Pool danach nutzen, so lange wir wollten, und bekamen sogar Handtücher. Die Safari wurde vom Hotel organisiert und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ☺️.

Cons:

Einzig das Lunchpaket für die Safari könnte ein kleines bisschen besser sein, das ist aber Kritik auf ganz ganz hohem Niveau.

Super nice hotel 10 minutes from park entrance, excellent pool, food and friendly staff.
Pros:

Jungle Paradise is a lovely hotel only 10 mins from the park. The staff are super friendly and kind. Our room had a fantastic balcony looking over the tree canopy. We saw monkeys, peacocks, hawks, squirrels and lots of different birds. The food is great and so is the swimming pool. We stayed here a year ago and booked again! The morning safari in the park is a must do in Sti Lanka.

Everything was great for us.

Nett, aber mit Mängeln
Pros:

Ein ganz ganz toller rezeptionist. Zimmer waren groß und sauber, Mückennetz ums Bett, super badezimmer. Schöner Pool, Wasser war ziemlich warm.

Cons:

Der Safari Guide, den die Unterkunft für uns gebucht hatte, war nicht sonderlich gut. Wir haben die keinen Tiere fast alle selbst gefunden...
Das Frühstückspaket, das uns das Hotel statt des gebuchten Frühstücks mitgegeben hat, war schlecht. Auch das Essen im Hotel Restaurant war maximal durchschnittlich mit langen Wartezeiten, obwohl man vorher gesagt hat, wann man was essen möchte. Da das Hotel eine Viertel Stunde über eine unbefestigte Straße von der Stadt weg war, gab es wenig alternativen.

Pros:

Der Personal war super freundlich und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben 2 mal die Morgen-Safari gemacht und waren total begeistert. Nandu war unser Guide und hat sein bestes gegeben um uns möglichst viele Tiere zu zeigen! Auch der Pool und die Anlage sind super. Alles ist sehr familiär. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Personnel aux petits soins dans cet hôtel au milieu de la jungle ! Nous avons passé seulement une nuit pour profiter du safari, organisé par l’hôtel le matin et tout était parfait. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine après

Tolles Zimmer, super nettes Personal und toller Service! Schöner Pool zum entspannen. Die Safari mit Lasar war klasse! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Der Pool mit extra Kinderbereich war sehr schön. Unser Bungalow war groß und sauber. Das Frühstück mit Kaffee aus der Barista Maschine war sehr lecker.

Der beste Kaffee in Sri Lanka ( aus einer Barista Kaffeemaschine)! Unglaublich nettes Personal!
Super Pool zum Abkühlen. Geniales Mosquito-Spray auf den Zimmern!

Cons:

Leider waren wir im Erdgeschoss und nicht im 1. Stock untergebracht. Sonst wäre es perfekt gewesen. Das Appartment im EG war leider dunkel und nicht so schön wie das im 1. Stock, obwohl es genauso viel kostet.

We enjoyed ourselves here. Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool where the kids enjoyed the swim-up bar, nice room and nice restaurant where we had an evening meal and drinks. Walking distance to the Dambulla cave temple.

Our best accommodation in Sri Lanka – truly a paradise on earth.

Jungle Paradise is an absolutely magical place. The peaceful atmosphere, the sounds of the jungle, and the stunning terrace made it incredibly hard for us to leave. Until the very last second, we were enjoying the breathtaking jungle sounds from the beautiful terrace. Evenings spent chilling there, listening to nature, felt like something out of a fairytale.

The staff especially Chathura were exceptionally helpful and kind. The food was fantastic – every meal was a delight.

A special thank you for organizing our transport from Mirissa beach to Jungle Paradise, and for arranging the excellent driver SunJeewa for our travels around Sri Lanka. We are also very grateful for organizing the safari trip and for the amazing driver Lassa, who was a wonderful guide and made the experience unforgettable.

Everything was simply perfect. We will highly recommend Jungle Paradise to all our friends who plan to visit Sri Lanka.
