Leider nicht so wie erhofft

Das Hotel ist ausgefallen und uns hat der Gemeinschaftsraum mit der Möglichkeit Getränke zu kaufen gefallen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Apartment, das relativ kalt und dunkel war. Auf unsere Bitte, die Heizung anmachen zu können, weil es im Zimmer so kühl war, wurde uns erklärt, dass die Zentralheizung abgestellt wurde und wir einen kleinen Heizlüfter bekommen könnten. Die private hoteleigene Badestelle ist weiter weg als erwartet und auf der Website suggeriert wird. Eine Person des Personals war nicht sehr herzlich und machte den Eindruck als seien wir als Gäste eher eine Last; bzw. man merkte ziemlich gut, dass es nicht um die Gastfreundschaft, sondern ums Geld verdienen geht. Das widersprach dem Flair, welches das Hotel wiederzugeben versucht.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück konnten wir auf der Terrasse geniessen. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Highlight ist definitiv das Seegrundstück!

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, die umliegenden Strassen sind stark befahren und somit kann es im Zimmer recht laut werden.
Parkplatzsituation am Hotel eingeschränkt. Aber das Hotel bietet Zusatzplätze ein paar hundert Meter weg. Das ist in Ordnung. Fliegengitter an einem der Fenster wären wünschenswert. Dann könnte man in der Nacht ein Fenster offen lassen.

Pros:

Alles ist sehr liebevoll und künstlerisch gestaltet und nicht von der Stange. Das fördert die eigene Kreativität. Unbedingt das Frühstück genießen und etwas Zeit dafür nehmen.
Die Lage ist auch super. Abends einfach durch eine winzige kleine Gasse schlupfen und schon ist man in Italien.

Breakfast. The food is really good, fresh and warm.
The lady prepar coffee, capuccino, chocolate and eggs for everyone. There is a really good buffet with differents kinds of bread, cheese, yogurt, jam, fruits... Perfect for us!!!

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstückswünsche werden gerne erfüllt.
Eine besondere Einrichtung in einem geschichtsträchtigen Haus.

Und ganz toll: einen Diffusor im Bad. Das hatte ich bisher im Hotel noch nie ;)

Cons:

Im Zimmer 3 hört man nachts ein Geräusch, wie eine Pumpe. Nicht laut, aber wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte sich von diesem Geräusch gestört fühlen.
