Pros:

Hotel pessimo, pessima cura del cliente, pessima cura della camera.

Cons:

Ho chiesto alla reception più di una volta se si potesse cambiare stanza per via del bagno rotto, con puzza di fogna all'interno, mi hanno risposto con atteggiamento irrispettoso e mi hanno risposto anche in faccia come una presa in giro. Nessun rispetto per il cliente, esperienza pessima.

Все було дуже гарно! Гарний готель з сучасним дизайном інтерєру. Номер чистий, рушники та постільна білизна білесенькі. Ванна кімната прибрана! Ми жили на першому поверсі тому сусідів не чули! Мали власний вихід на двір!

Cons:

Скоріче незручність. При бронюванні готелю уточнюється кількість ліжок - одне чи два. Нам не дали одне а два різні!

Porta della camera rotta che non si chiudeva, non ce l'hanno neanche cambiata. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con una sedia davanti la porta.

Do molta “colpa” all’evento al Nereo Rocco, rimandato, ma non credo mai tornerò
Pros:

La posizione dal centro, dallo stadio, è dall’uscita autostradale

Cons:

Sicuramente l’evento atteso allo stadio non è stato d’aiuto, staff in confusione, la camera per una notte aveva un prezzo esagerato, il costo degli animali anche, la camera era sporca, ed il servizio navetta pagato 40 euro per due persone inconcludente, un solo furgone 6 posti per tante persone, ho preso il taxi e non sono stato rimborsato…non lo pretendevo, ma ad un secco no almeno una spiegazione plausibile sarebbe stata gradita.
