Hotel Berghaus Rosengarten - Culinary Hideaway

Super nettes, herzliches Personal und 1A Service über unseren ganzen Aufenthalt (und schon im Kontakt davor). Alles im Hotel ist sehr persönlich und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Geniales Frühstück und Abendessen mit lokalen Zutaten und Gerichten typisch für die Region. Herrlicher Ausblick von der Terasse auf die Berge. Wanderwege in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

女性オーナーが大変親切なうえ、知的雰囲気にあふれた宿。図書室や客室にはドロミテや南チロルの写真集など何冊もの本のほか、ドイツ語版の村上春樹の小説まで置いてあるといえば、その知的な感じが分かるでしょう。上階のサウナにはコスタルンガ峠の岩壁が一望できる広いガラス張りの休憩室があり、その展望を得るためにこの宿の位置や向きなどのすべての設計が行われたことを示している。宿の裏の坂道にはブランコや安楽椅子などが点在しており、気配りが行き届いている。こういう宿を実現したことに敬意を覚えた。
　客が日常の仕事を忘れられるようにと、あえてwifiもテレビも遮断したり、一部を制限しているのが、この宿の方針という。しかし、あいにく私たちの宿泊初日にはサッカーワールドカップの日本対ブラジル戦があった。しかも夕食時間の最中のテレビ中継だった。親切なオーナーは、私たちの夕食の席だけ、ほかの客から離れた場所に設定してくれたうえ、自身のタブレット端末でイタリア語のテレビ中継を見せてくれた。日本は１対2で逆転負けしたが、私たちは南チロルの山中で応援したサッカー試合の光景を決して忘れることはないだろう。

Prachtig uitzicht. Motoren in de garage. Netheid van het hotel. Zeer vriendelijke mensen en behulpzaam. Diner was heel goed. Serene rust. Een dikke 9,5!

Très joli hôtel dans un cadre ravissant. Un accueil très chaleureux et un personnel d’une grande gentillesse, aux petits soins. Un environnement paisible avec un accès à la nature très facile.
Des petits déjeuners savoureux et des repas cuisinés avec finesse.
Comme je l’ai dit en partant, tout était parfait.

Wonderful hospitality from lovely family hosts. The breakfast and dinners were delicious with great variety. Relaxation and sauna areas were very clean and calming.

Sehr hilfsbereite, warmherzige Gastgeberinnen; engagiert aber nicht aufdringlich. Fantastische Aussicht, ruhige Lage, schönes Zimmer, moderner und gemütlicher Sauna- und Ruhebereich. Sehr leckeres, umfangreiches Abendmenü mit guter vegetarischer Auswahl.

Cordialità e gentilezza dell’intero staff.
Posizione alle pendici del paesino di Nova Levante che permette una vista mozzafiato su tutta la valle.
Cena squisita, con prodotti tipici del luogo, consumata sulla terrazza esterna dell’hotel.

Viesnīca bija ļoti skaista, gaiša, tīra un moderna. Personāls bija laipns, istabiņa bija liela un ar ērtībām. Bija iekļautas gan brokastis, gan vakariņas - tās bija lieliskas kā restorānā. Un viss kopā - gan numuriņš, gan iekļautās ēdienreizes kopā, manuprāt, bija ļoti lētas. Skats no viesnīcas ir ļoti skaists.

Our stay at Berghaus Rosengarten was honestly even better than we expected. What stood out the most was how dedicated and caring everyone was. You could really feel that the people there genuinely love what they do and truly care about their guests.

It was all the small details that made the difference! so many thoughtful things were done for us proactively, without us even having to ask. That kind of attention and hospitality is something special and made us feel very welcome throughout the whole stay.

Amazing place! Everything is very new and recently renovated. Huge shoutout to all the staff and owners, that made our stay (with dogs and children) very comfortable! Little things like special menu for kids and giving meat leftovers for our dogs were super appreciated!
The view from the sauna and from the terrace was outstanding!
Its very rare that I would want to come to the same place, but this would be the one!
