Très bien
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la propreté des chambres. Le staff était très gentil et à l'écoute. Juste à coté de l'hôtel il y a un joli parc pour se balader et la ville est facilement accessible en tram.

Cons:

L'isolation entre les chambres et le couloir n'est pas optimale, parfois on a été réveillé par les autres hôtes qui entraient ou sortaient.

Welcoming hotel away from downtown
Pros:

Location was great for our purposes--near Seepark and tram line. Tempted by the downstairs restaurant but instead went to highly rated Magellan a block away. There was small fridge in room for the leftovers. We were there over Christmas, and staff were on holiday so did not have breakfast, but saw the very nice breakfast area. Met owner at checkout and he was great!
