The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We had no hot water one morning and after telling the the lady on reception it was sorted in no time. There's plenty of choice for breakfast which was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
It's a shame you can't get an evening meal at the hotel but you aren't too far from plenty of places to eat. The hill from the lakeside to the hotel was a bit of a hike for my mum who has mobility problems but she managed.
The location and the staff were amazing. The beds were really comfortable and big. Breakfast was perfect.

It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for, the only thing I felt a bit uncomfortable about was that we arrived early and had to pay £10 parking, I thought we'd paid enough, but that was the only thing

The thing I liked most was the staff; they are so helpful, polite, respectful, and smaily faces.
I think for a single night, the price could be lower. But the place is worth staying in.
