المبنى نظيف ومرتب ، قريب جدا من الخدمات والميناء ، دقائق مشي فقط . والموظفوين متعاونين جدا وخدوموين .
المبنى ليس فندق وفق التصور المعروف ، فهو مبنى متفرق ، حيث ان مبنى الاستقبال منفصل عن الغرف ، وقد لا تكون هذه سلبية لدى البعض الذين يفضلون ذلك

All the staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. There was a credit card issue before our arrival but they easily accepted our request for payment at arrival. The hotel is surrounded by a lush garden and very early access to the harbor and restaurants. We have spent a very happy time there.

The location is great -- it's an easy walk into town and the lake, and there's plenty of hiking all around. They had a nice breakfast menu and lots of fresh fruit. We were there during an unseasonably warm time and needed to keep our 1st story windows open at night (which, with a fan, cooled things down nicely), and it was still a super quiet location. The young lady working at the front desk in the evenings was very friendly and helpful.
You couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff were all absolutely lovely and were happy to help with any and all requests.
We visited on a very hot day and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was beautifully cool inside, it was a good comfortable, large space in the shade.
Our room was in need of a deep clean.
It was clean but needed more attention to detail, cobwebs, dust behind furniture etc. The cost of drinks at the bar seemed a little excessive. £23 for two vodkas and coke in a lipstick marked glass stung a bit.

We loved everything about this hotel, location was perfect, rooms were lovely and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating. We are very well travelled and the breakfast was superb! Best we have had in a long time! Thanks for a truly wonderful time!

Rooms are a little tired and could do with a lick of paint....although we were only in room to sleep and shower.

Very conveniently located to the lake and within walking distance to the ferry and restaurants.
The beds are too soft and has wheels that makes it moves at the slightest touch.
