Agradable
Pros:

Respondieron mis dudas, estaban pendientes. Cumplen con lo que ofrecen. Lugar para dormir, wifi, tv con cable, cama con suficiente ropa, agua caliente, baño limpio. No habian más huéspedes por lo que no puedo hablar de ruidos. Se nota que quieren quedar bien con detalles.

Cons:

Olía un poco mal el baño, pero nada q afectará la estadía.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Stay was near to the pyramids and balloon flight

Cons:

Toilet and floors were so sticky and toilet seats didn’t feel clean and smelly. They used a fragrance which was too heavy to breathe, could have been a mild gentle fragrance.

Pros:

Great little hotel 5 mins walk from the teotihuacan gate. Local village is also a couole of minutes away with restaurants and shops. Also close to la gruta the cave restaurant

Won't recommend if you are getting rooms on the ground floor.
Pros:

Just the pet dog Nina that they had. That was the only part of the stay that I truly enjoyed. Lol

Cons:

We were given a room that did not have a window or a private washroom. It was suffocating, and to top it all, the host locked us from the outside, saying it's for our safety. It wasn't the main door they locked. It was a big iron gate right outside our shared washroom that they locked. With being locked and no windows, my asthma kicked in and we had to call them at 1 am to give us a different room. This is when we had booked a room with private washroom and balcony access We were given a room that did not have a window or a private washroom. Pros:

Nice Staff , super clean room , good WiFi, hot water, 1 km from gate #4 ... Little tienda on the corner 9Am to 9pm local Bus on same corner.... Plenty of safe gated parking for all guests .close to "La Gruta" restaurante must visit...

Cons:

0 hooks , 0 chairs in room , lacks a ventilator daytime room temperature high ... Towels hung on door nobs , awkward tv location in room ...really nothing serious wrong ...

Beautiful little hotel, very close to the pyramids and hot air balloons!
Pros:

The staff were very kind and accommodating to two non-Spanish speakers. The rooms were spotless, and the property is very pretty. The gated wall made me feel very secure.

Cons:

As is the norm in rural cities the beds are FIRM and it's noisy with dogs barking at night and roosters crowing in the morning. Nothing a pair of earplugs didn't fix.

Unfortunately there was a party going on next door with loud music till 4.00am.
