Super ruhige Lage. Schöne Aussicht.

Insgesamt geht es in dem Hotel sehr sehr unfreundlich zu und es scheint kein Anliegen zu sein, dass der Gast sich wohl fühlt.
Überall hängen auch Schilder herum, was man als Gast zu tun und unterlassen habe.

Zimmer geräumig, sauber.

Keine Gastfreundschaft spürbar. Eher das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Viele Hinweisschilder: Tun Sie dies nicht, tun Sie das nicht...
Vorkasse, ohne Zimmer gesehen zu haben wegen "schlechter Erfahrungen".
Insgesamt relativ unfreundlich.

Cons:

Der Lüfter im Bad quietscht, eine Freude wenn sie nachts mal ins Bad müssen. Die Armaturen und die Dusche sind alt und verkalkt. Das Frühstück wird leider nicht Pünktlich eröffnet

Alles gut ,ich empfehle die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.
Pros:

Super Frühstück mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Sehr nette Betreiberin. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einmalig. Unkomplzierter Check In.

Alles super Klasse vom Zimmer , die Inhaberin ist super freundlich und das Frühstück ist einfach nur Klasse . Das angebundene Restaurant bietet eine hervorragende Auswahl an Speisen . Eine Klare Empfehlung und ich selbst werde dort buchen wenn ich in Heppenheim sein sollte .

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer kalt .Draußen ca 0 .
Da ich wohl der einzige Gast war wurde ein Etagen Frühstück angeboten. Dieses kam 20.30Uhr auf das Zimmer! Brötchen belegt im Alu eingeschlagen .Kaffee in der Thermoskanne.
Kaffe am Morgen lau warm ,Brötchen wie Gummi.
Nie wieder würde ich das akzeptieren.
Ein Nachlass um 10-15 Euro wäre hier das Beste gewesen.
