Aspettative deluse
Pros:

Graziosa la camera ma era senza frigo e cassaforte. Avevo chiesto se ci fossero scale. L'albergo è tutto sullo stesso piano, ma per arrivarci devi fare una bella rampa di scale. In tutta Alassio manca l'attenzione ai disabili.
Felice per il fatto che mi abbiano fatto il check in presto e per la gentilezza dell'host.

Cons:

Il rumore dalla strada, il rumore dell'aria condizionata che ho acceso pochissimo. Il gradino nel bagno, l'entrata del bagno troppo stretta, il bidet alternativo. Nella doccia sarebbe utile uno stendino pieghevole. La colazione salata consiste in uova fatte al momento, molto buone, ma non si possono mangiare tutti i giorni. Non tutti possono mangiare i dolci. Il caffè imbevibile.
Troppe promesse disattese. Se su booking ci fosse la verità senza far credere che ci sia un ristorante e tante altre cosucce, la gente sarebbe un po' più felice. Posizione disumana rispetto al centro e lontanissimo dalla stazione. Va bene per i ragazzini che camminano veloce.

Ein wunderbarer Ort für eine italienische Auszeit mit Kuchen zum Frühstück & Nähe zum Meer.
Pros:

Herzliche, sehr aufmerksame & hilfsbereite Gastgeberinnen. Ich habe aufgrund meiner Zöliakie einen glutenfreien Kuchen bekommen und sie waren bemüht, dass es mir und meinen Kindern an nichts fehlt. Wir würden wieder buchen. 🫶
Auch das Bagni Marco wird mit Freude & Sorgfalt geführt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un séjour agréable
Pros:

J'ai apprécié l' aide de la personne de la réception venue à notre rencontre car nous ne trouvions aucune place disponible pour stationner notre voiture.
Les rues aux alentours il n' y avait aucune place, la solution a été de nous proposer une place de garage dans l hôtel juste a côté.
Concernant la chambre : bonne literie, climatisation au top , pas trop bruyant au vue de l' emplacement de l' hôtel (a proximité d' une route) salle de bain correct avec douche ,lavabo et bidet et produits d' accueil.
Nous avons apprécié le service du petit déjeuner, salle accueillante et service vraiment impeccable et un choix au buffet au top 👌🏻

Cons:

Nous sommes passés devant l' hôtel plusieurs fois sans le voir, malgré notre gps qui nous disait "vous êtes arrivés" nous le cherchions et la cause : l' enseigne est trop petite.

Le personnel était sympa

Cons:

La chambre est très petite bizarre d’avoir le lavabo dans la chambre la chambre avec vue sur un mur d’en face. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très limite pour manger salé la situation de la chambre à côté de l’accueil, réveillé de très bonne heure avec les gens qui parlent.
