Review Title: Disappointing Experience – Poor Check-In, Dishonest Hotel, and No Timely Support from Booking.com
Review:
My recent stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional, with no clear communication or support from the hotel staff. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely claimed that I didn’t show up—even though I had proof of being there—and proceeded to charge me extra.
What’s more frustrating is that Booking.com only responded after 24 hours, by which time the situation had escalated. Their support was slow and ineffective, offering no real resolution or accountability for the hotel’s behavior.
I would strongly advise against booking this property, and I’m seriously reconsidering using Booking.com in the future if this is the level of customer support provided during such incidents.

Nice stay , everything was great

Nice location, spacious room and toilet. Responsive staff.
1. Bed was littered with insects and ants when I came in. Spiders were roaming on bed too. Had to ask the staff to come back and cleanup.
2. Toilet bowl was littered with trash when I came in ( there were plastic wrappers and other things). Had to ask staff to clear it up which they did.
3. Toilet bowl was stained and not totally clean.
4. Car parking was not allowed inside campus in the day time even though they had plenty of space inside. When asked they replied we only allow parking inside the campus during the night. In morning you will have to park outside again.
5. Even though wifi was advertised to be available on the booking page, it was not provided in reality. When asked they said wifi is only available till the reception area.
